The hotel location is convenient and close to most scenic spots. The staff, Fabricio and Leonardo, are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and cozy. They provided us an iPad to use during our stay, which is very useful in our trip. The complimentary tea and happy hour also brightened our trip!

Our room was very large. It had its own private balcony. The room was charming and gave a lovely Florence feel. Staff were wonderful, especially Leonardo. They were friendly and welcoming. We got to check in an hour earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. Leonardo also held our bags for us as it was raining and we had several hours before our train departure. The breakfast was yummy with a good selection. All in all the hotel was great and we had a lovely time. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was fantastic. The room was clean and well set yp. The location was amazing. The rate was very reasonable. We woukd definitely stay there again.

We would like to thank the staff for the high level of support and professionalism. Everyone on the team was very kind and helpful, especially Leonardo and Cosmin. They definitely made our stay more stress free. What we really appreciate the fact that the staff was willing to hold our luggage while we went on our last stroll before heading out of town. Also the rooms were very clean. The cleaning crew was amazing and really friendly also. Over all a great place to stay while visiting Florence. Thank you!

Charming authentic family style hotel with great free breakfast, happy hour, super friendly staff in an ideal location

lovely hotel, right next door to Palazzo Davanzati, so absolutely in the centre of Florence. Large room, beautifully laid out. The street is a busy pedestrian one, but top quality double glazing kept out all noise at night. The staff were ALL friendly and there was a wonderful atmosphere of happiness throughout. Leonardo at the desk was a joy. The only thing to note is that access to the hotel and its lift is up one flight of steep stairs, so not good for any with reduced mobility. Staff would come to help with suitcases, but guests need to manage that first flight. We will certainly make this our hotel in Florence on any future trips.

Ideal central location on a small, quiet street. Short walk to all the sights. Scrupulously clean. Modern bathroom. Very attentive staff. Daily housekeeping. The included continental breakfast with yogurt, fresh fruit & breads, cheese, and warm croissants did not vary. Fine for a few days but perhaps monotonous during a longer stay. Free extras include tea & coffee with cake in the afternoon & happy hour with wine. Potential guests should be aware that the elevator starts one flight up (26 steps above street level.) I’d definitely stay again.

Staff amazing

Service from staff was superb. Leonardo in the front desk was very friendly and allowed us to store luggage in lobby area prior to check in. When we arrived for check in luggage was already in our room ! Tergen was also very attentive during happy hour making sure we were having a great time. Only recommendation is to add an elevator from the street to lobby. Everything else was a great experience.

Excellent stay. Very courteous and hospitable culture and staff. Decent breakfast. Great location- walkable to all tourist spots in Florence. Leonardo made our check in process painless and welcoming. There is a flight of stairs on the way in.
