Though it's lovely, quiet and the staff are extremely nice and welcoming, I suffered from the bad A/C; they claimed it's regulated out of their control. Another drawback, you cannot smoke in the outdoor areas of the restaurants

Alles wie immer perfekt. Mehr Nachhaltigkeit wäre sicher noch ein Thema. Hier sehe ich noch Optimierungsmöglichkeiten.

Très agréable. De très bonnes infrastructures au sein d'un parc magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Lugano. Au top avec des enfants.

We were very disappointed with our Family apartment. Nothing like the pictures. Very old and worn rooms. Really a shame that all adults and children must go through the smoking area outside the reception and restaurant. There is nothing Italian about the place – nor the food in the restaurant, or the pizzas from the pizzeria. Staff, beds, spa, and breakfast were good. Far too expensive compared to the low quality.

The staff was very friendly, the view is amazing and the relaxing vibes were the best! Highly reccomend.

A really nice stay at PSM hotel, lot of sport activities and a super friendly staff. The pools were quite nice for a family trip. The family room where we stayed was spacious and clean, there was a slight problem with air conditioning, but that got fixed eventually.

Super sted, som er meget børnevenligt. Fin mad men måske lidt dyrt. Personalet var meget engageret og serviceminded.

Die Unterkunft ist Sauber, die Anlage sehr schön gelegen, nur man sollte gut zu Fuß sein und keine Angst vor Treppen und Steigungen haben. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

The place was nicer than expected. Service was excellent and always with a smile. Dinner food was so good. The breakfast spread was also one of the best. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely go back.

Hotel is a part of a big complex Parco San Marco. It has few restaurants, several swimming pools, spa, beach and so on. It also has a coin laundry. Highly recoment as a base to explore the area of lakes Como and Lugano.

The hotel is outstanding but i would like to highlight the Staff they were amazing especially : Desiree Pace from the front desk and Bianca from Kids play . Desiree were super nice providing all information about our stay and further more. Bianca took care of my daughter and my daughter loved her . I forgot one of my bags in the hotel , they manage to send back for me and iam super happy the way they manage to send my bag . I strongly recommend the hotel specially for family trip , its a perfect place for parents and kids enjoy there time , together or doing the hotel activities . The view from the room is wonderful , good food etc . Thank you to make my vacation unforgettable

Brilliant time had by my husband, my 4 year old son and myself!

Hotel war über unseren Aufenthalt nicht informiert. Entsprechend war das Zimmer nicht bereit. Dazu bekamen wir dann einen Raum für Behinderte. Das führte bei dieser hohen Toilette zu Problemen für meine Kinder.

Nicht sauber. Hotel mit 5 Sterne Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Und zu teuer

Excellent place with a gorgeous view over Lake Lugano. We were a bit concerned that we could be a bit far away from walking to dinner locations but as the complex itself had the best restaurants in the area we were in the perfect spot. The service was impeccable and breakfast buffet was just great.

So the view from the hotel is nice, but the bathroom was not super clean when we arrived. There was hair on the bathroom walls which was kind of gross. The staff were some nice, some so and so and some were rude. The nice ones were helpful when we wanted to book the restaurant at the hotel, the so and so brought us the coffee at the breakfast so late that we finished our breakfast by then and the rude ones I asked them after I left to check if my reading glasses were left in my room and they kept telling me that they will keep me informed about it and still waiting for their news. They just told me at the phone they cannot help me while it is quite simple to ask their cleaning staff if a pair of glasses was left in the room. Per total the experience turned into an unpleasant one because of the latter interaction, but there were a few nice people who should not be blamed for it. Also another unpleasant thing is that they say the relaxing pool is open until 9pm but at 7pm they start to clean it so obviously you cannot swim outdoors after 7. We were given the option to swim inside which was thoughtful but why advertise something untrue?
