Staff was incredible. Very responsive to requests, including last minute changes

Room needs some work. Painting need to happen. Shower head was in the wrong spot . Glass door rubber gasket didn’t meet the tub so when you turned on the water, the whole bathroom got wet. Would have liked vending machines because there’s nothing really around there. And ice machine .

Having a fre

The rooms were very nice, and the amenities were also great. Having a bathrobe in the room was very comfortable. The room service was also great, and it was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel near the airport

I booked and paid for a suite for 4 people and they gave me a room with a double bed without telling me anything. When I went up to the room I realized that it was not the suite that I had booked and paid for. I went down to the front desk. The girl who helped me, after explaining to her over and over again that I was arriving late from a long flight at 12:30 am, offered me a room for my daughters on another floor and said, “Yes, you're right.” I booked a suite but there are no more. This is the first time this has happened to me in a hotel.

Very old building, needs some renovation. Breakfast is good but very limited varieties compare to similar status hotels., Otherwise, the area is quite, safe, excellent staff, clean and nice rooms.
