Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus. My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully. We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there

All was good

Free shuttle from airport was very helpful. Reception polite, kind and professional. Comfy room, nice breakfast. I have a meeting after checkout and received late check out for free.

Estancia grande, estaba limpio pero era mejorable la limpieza. El grifo de la bañera no funcionaba correctamente. Zona de aparcamiento muy grande y accesible.

Loved the place. It was a short stay, but an amazing experience with their well kept rooms, good food and ease to reach airport with their shuttle service.

The property looks beautiful outside, but requires some upkeep. The breakfast is really good and has a lot of options for everyone. The room was nice, but the pull out bed is very uncomfortable.

Dirty and unpleasant. Air conditioning didn’t work, and staff couldn’t fix it

Très bien et surtout proche de tout et de l’aéroport. Dommage le breakfast n’ouvre pas tôt.

The hotel was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the space, the quality linens and towels, and good bath products—it felt like home after traveling through different cities in Italy. I also enjoyed the dining, everything we ordered was perfect! One inconvenience I had was the access to the hotel. I called the night before to ask whether I needed to arrange a taxi from the Somma Lombardo train station and was told taxis would be available outside. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. There were no official taxis—only a couple of local drivers with small cars that couldn’t accommodate our luggage. The walk from the station to the hotel is quite long, which made things difficult. Thankfully, a kind local helped my family and me get to the hotel safely. The staff at the lobby were nice and helpful when we arrived, I’m unsure about the misinformation on the taxi situation.

They are not sternly inflexible and not empathetic at all.

Ho utilizzato questo albergo come appoggio in quanto vicino a Malpensa. Ho avuto la possibilità di lasciare ( a pagamento ma prezzo concorrenziale rispetto ai parcheggi dell'aeroporto) la macchina al coperto per due settimane, fino al mio rientro. Camera spaziosa,colazione ottima, sia dolce che salata e navetta gratuita per l'aeroporto. Sarà sicuramente un'esperienza che ripeterò qualora ne avessi necessita.

Le préposé à l’acceuil parlait français, très compétent et bienveillant. Le souper et le personnel très satisfaisant. Le déjeuner était bien garni et excellent.
