Clean, modern hotel with lovely gardens. I would like to visit in summer and use the pools. Breakfast is good but I would recommend eating downtown for other meals.

Most beautiful views I’ve ever seen!

We absolutely had an amazing stay here! I honestly can’t wait to return. The spa, THE BREAKFASTS, the friendly staff, the room, the grounds the amazing scenery! It was a dream. Things that stand out are Luca at breakfast every morning, bottle of bubbles brought to the room for my husbands birthday, and sending me my pajamas when I accidentally left them the day we checked out.

This is our second stay in this absolutely magnificent hotel. The location; the clean room and bathroom; the whole facility and comfort in every detail possible; the breakfast; the staff but above all- the gorgeous botanical garden and the lake at the end of it with the amazing view! We will come back!

The hotel was lovely and had it's very own garden that leads to a beach. The pool and other facilities were great, the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was brilliant and had gluten free & dairy free options. The rooms were very clean. The pool was amazing and quite warm. Breakfast was lovely and had a wide variety of food options.

Tivemos uma excelente experiência durante nossa estadia neste hotel. Desde o momento do check-in, fomos recebidos com muita cordialidade e eficiência pela equipe, o que já deu um bom sinal de como seria a nossa estadia. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo e organizado, oferecendo todo o conforto necessário para uma estadia relaxante. O café da manhã foi outro ponto alto: uma ampla variedade de opções frescas e deliciosas, com atenção aos detalhes que tornaram a refeição ainda mais especial. Além disso, as áreas comuns do hotel são bem cuidadas, proporcionando um ambiente agradável e acolhedor. Outro destaque foi a localização do hotel, que é perfeita para explorar os principais pontos turísticos da cidade, tudo a uma curta distância. Certamente recomendamos e voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui!

We can honestly say, after our visit to several areas in Italy, Switzerland and Germany, this property was our favorite. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful! The service is amazing and the property is incredible! Definitely stay in the room with the view is unreal!

Gorgeous place!

We were informed that we were going to be given an upgrade to a Suite on arrival, it was in the adjoining building. When we got in to the room it was really nice but no shower and had only a bath. They put us into our original room as we required a shower.

Only the rooms not the best
