You need to pay additional to use the Spa and book in advance . The rooms where very small and I didn’t feel they catered for females but more male orientated
The Bar staff was nonchalant and pretty rude
The service received when we dined there was rushed and that was when we managed to get a waiter !

Room 301 is a no go..
it’s like sleeping on a highway.
A lot of noise from the elevator, slamming doors and the restaurant upstairs.
There is dust all over the hotel, even 30 minutes after cleaning.
The Spa is ekstra cost, even Hotels, did not write it anywhere.
The hotel is flat designed, nothing cosy.
Just a boring place.

Reception is always warm and we are greeted with a genuine smile
We always enjoy our first dinner at EXE
