Very good experience, wish we have stayed longer

It was good

The staff were very nice and helpful. The property is beautiful. It is not walkable for anything, but a lovely lovely view, pool, room and restaurant on site.

Beautiful hotel.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The view was insane.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The views were great! Just a tip...you need to reserve restaurant dinners several days in advance as they fill up quickly for local restaurants in the immediate area. The location of this hotel is not far from Bellagio but the ferry to Lezzeno ends earlier than other ferries so you need to plan accordingly or drive to Bellagio.

The hotel offers exceptional hospitality—staff were warm, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The food overall was truly amazing, and the atmosphere was lovely. However, I was surprised to find that even though breakfast was included in our reservation, we had to pay an extra €8 just to have eggs. On top of that, €35 for a single pizza is excessive by any standard. While the hotel is nice and comfortable, it simply doesn’t justify the high prices. You’re not getting the value you’d expect for what you’re paying.

Pure magic! We loved the property so much that it was hard to leave to explore Lake Como. Amazing beach bar and cabanas with excellent service. Complimentary kayak and paddleboatds. The front desk was beyond helpful and so patient going out of their way to make sure we had an unforgettable stay. We’ll be back. Also should note buses in the area don’t run on time and a car rental would be challenging with the super narrow windy streets.

Superbe hôtel, calme avec peu de monde. La chambre avait une vue exceptionnelle, la terasse privée top. Le restaurant parfait. L’équipe est au top. Un 10/10 je recommande sans hésitation et nous reviendrons avec plaisir 🙂

Awesome place to stay in Lake Como. Convenient to drive to other towns. The staff was amazing !! Super helpful, courteous, well informed and friendly. Extremely considerate of making sure all our needs were met. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed two nights here with my husband for our honeymoon and we will definitely be back. It was a beautiful property, amazing and thoughtful staff, and the ferry was a 10 min walk from the hotel. They left a bottle of prosecco in our room for our honeymoon and go above and beyond to help their guests. They booked us a boat tour the day we checked in as soon as I asked about it. They also booked a driver to take us back to the train station during checkout. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious. It is considered fine dining therefore the portions and cost are what you would normally find at any fine dining restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay and they had great options. Overall we loved it. The view and balcony was the reason why I booked this room and it was beyond worth it. Definitely recommend!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. We opted for the 1bedroom Apt lake view. It was absolutely stunning. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful from check in to checkout. Very accommodating - they provided a WhatsApp number for any thing needed, questions etc. with quick responses. The beach front area had cabanas, a bar, loungers. They also provided paddle boards. Would definitely rebook here again for future travels.

The hotel is really modern and the rooms are spacious and the views are stunning. We loved dining there at the Michelin nominee restaurant. The staff was lovely and so very polite. The facilities are luxurious and beautiful, and it is 10 min walk away from the ferry to Bellagio or any other town
