Location is fabulous with all of the main historical attractions within minutes walk. B& B is very clean as was my room. Lovely common area with sea view. Bed and pillows were pretty good but they definitely need to replace or flip mattress from body indents. Bathroom large with all you need. Very happy to have a kettle and note if there are no tea cups in your room, there is a large cupboard beside the common room that has small cups you can use. My only issue is the very strong smell of sewer gas in the lobby/ staircase as well as the bathroom. I’m not sure there is anything the owner can do about it but it is very strong. Note if you want a room with sea view you have to request it when booking. The young fellow who checked me in was lovely and very informative with all I needed to know.

Die Unterkunft ist klein. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Kontakt vor Ankunft bezüglich parken etc. Verlief super. Frühstück hat auch von allem was dabei . Zentral gelegen. Unbedingt Parkplatz mit dazu buchen in der Garage über die Unterkunft zu buchen.

Vi hade ett trevligt rum för oss 4. Trevligt bemötande av personalen och mysigt liten balkong. Trevligt att frukost ingår. Jättegod cappuccino och bra utbud. Mycket trevligt med ett vardagsrum i allmänt utrymme med soffa och köksmöjlighet.

Greta place - amazing staff - breakfast could have been better - the AC didnt work - but the people were very nice - the location is awesome to board cruises or go shop and eat! Would definitely come back

-Very noisy road with traffic & trams. Only quiet between 00:00 and 06:00 Walls thin. We could hear loud conversations from neighbours and hallway and sometimes music from bar below. Only kettle and teabags in room. +very clean and bed comfortable Breakfast hostess very helpful and friendly. Breakfast quite acceptable

Fabio was so accommodating and his place was so clean and beautiful. He even parked our car for us at his lot and retrieved it for us when we left. Breakfast was amazing! There were so many options. I would stay here again! Garibaldi Street is awesome and the view of the ocean was amazing.

Great location in the old town part of Messina and walk ro all attractions/shopping/restaurants. The room is spacious with kitchen and additional beds. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. It is on a main street but very quiet since we stayed on the 4th floor with a balcony.

Parking is fairly difficult in the downtown area. I would use the pre paid park if I return. Great Location by good restaurants and sights.

Very well managed and convenient location close to all main points.

The property is less than a 5 minute walk from the ferry and about a 10 minute walk from the train station. This was convenient for me because I needed it to be easy and quick. The room was spacious for me, with a beautiful balcony view that I enjoyed. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable as well. The wifi was very stable and allowed me to work for both days. The breakfast was light and perfect with the best cappuccinos! It may seem a little tucked away from everything, but you have to walk and explore as everything is within a 15-20 minute walk basically. The only issue I had was that some of the throw pillows on my bed had a scent of cologne that wouldn’t go away - I think some of the folks that work there have a strong scent that just sticks around in the area.
