晚上熱水的溫度不足，淋浴時覺得有點冷。

房間傢俬老舊殘破，地板破損。早餐種類小。

酒店很古舊，跟圖片差很多 晚上嘈音很大，房間不隔音

廁所設計十分差，坐廁很高坐上去腳會離地。洗澡位置沒有隔水位，一不留神，整個廁所都會浸滿水。 另外我預訂雙人床房間，結果房內竟然是兩張單人床合起來，不是一張正式的雙人床，在睡覺時有機會掉在兩張床中間。這些體驗都十分令人失望。

Not a good service; They assigned the same room to another guest during my stay, and I called to the reception but without any apology from them; I told to the reception that I will checkout very early in the morning and asked them to prepare the breakfast; they said ok, but the day when I checked out, nothing was prepared, without explanation, without apology.

Price-worthy. Close to Termini Station. You can have great food nearby

駅から近いのに、静かで良かったです。 今回、滞在途中でエレベーターが、壊れたのは、残念でした。一応、古い、2人乗りのがあって、トランクを運ぶ時は、使用しました。

This hotel is perfect to rest up after arriving via train at Termini station and then having to fly out early the next morning.

This hotel is very convenient since it’s close to Rome Termini, but the location felt a bit sketchy. On the positive side, the staff was amazing—very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning was an issue: we traveled in July and saw a sign saying to call the front desk if we needed AC. When we did, they told us it was already set as low as possible. The room stayed hot and stuffy, and we barely slept. On top of that, the mattress was horrible and the pillows were just as bad—making it impossible to get any real rest. We tried opening the window, but it faced an alley where trash trucks came by collecting garbage, which was very loud throughout the night. To make things worse, the water never got truly hot, only lukewarm. Overall, while the staff was excellent, the lack of sleep from the poor mattress, pillows, AC, and constant noise made our stay very unpleasant.

We liked the proximity to the train station and central to other tourist sites. They watched our luggage since we arrived early and we took in some sites and lunch. Great service!

It was a nice hotel but the room looked clean but my room looked a bit wear and tear!!!!! Breakfast was nice.

Bed was good

Gorgeous nostalgic hotel with very kind front desk staff. They really enjoy and care about making your stay effortless. They will help you with your plans by making recommendations like nice hotels used to do in past. Ask for a “Peach Bellini” at their beautiful bar downstairs; you won’t be disappointed! Rooftop bar was soo pretty, unfortunately, arriving very late, it was already closed for the evening for our stay. Super close to the Terminni train station and in a nice area in proximity of train station if you know you know. We wrapped up our 20 day travel adventure staying here the night before our flight home and wished we could stay longer and would gladly recommend to travelers staying in Rome. I’ll throw one “could be improved” and that was the bed was a little lacking but as tired as we were did not affect our one night stay.

Buena ubicación

Es un hotel antiguo que no esta bien conservado. Se inundaba la ducha, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba correctamente, la pava no funcionaba, etc. Lo bueno fue que pudimos chequear a ultimo momento, y que el personal fue amable. No volvería pero nos sacó de un apuro.
