Great location in a very nice hotel. Breakfast was fantastic Staff friendly and happy to help. Rooms are a little dated but added to ambiance Would stay again. Small garage on site for parking but reserve in advance. Hotel handles the ZTL reporting.

Park on área A3 if driving and hotel pays parking for 12 euros a day. Use easy park for 30 minutes until you get to front desk.

Perfect location, right in the center of Pisa, a good resturant with a fantastic view of the Leaning Tower.

Great location. Hotel is looking like it possibly needs a bit of modernisation but it didn’t bother us. Breakfast excellent. Really great hotel for the price

I needed a chocolat croissant and there were no left. Parking is awful

The beds were very comfortable. And the breakfast was grand. However…The nature of its location means there’s over tourism and its just become part of the package that’s its busy, noisy, and difficult to arrive.

The setting is as romantic as one would picture it. The middle of the renaissance age, crystallized in time, and Grand Hotel Duomo sits right in the middle of it all. Great rooms, especially for traveling families. Great restaurant and amazing staff. What else would a tourist need? Oh yes, late check out… they also have it. If in Pisa, this is a great option. Convenient and close to everything.

The bathroom really stinks and dirty. The vault is defective. When we asked for hot water we were told to go to the top floor in the bar. The guy wasn't friendly and only gave us little amount of water, just half of the kettle. Internet connection was slow

Very close to the tower so that is convenient. Street outside is a Main Street so is noisy in the night. They let us check in early and were friendly which was a bonus. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was decent enough so can’t complain.

Cet hôtel, les chambres sont. À rénover seule, la literie est parfaite dans la chambre Le petit déjeuner très très décevant : pain, pas terrible, viennoiseries, pas terribles, jus d’orange à éviter , même pas une orange pressée si vous en souhaitez une, elle comptée en supplément : de qui se moque ton pour un hôtel 4 étoiles ??? Même le café se fait à la machine !!! Loin du cliché italien d’un délicieux café …. Heureusement que sur demande et sans supplément on peut vous faire un vrai café ou cappuccino ce qui vient un peu sauver le pdj

Beautiful views of Leaning Tower. 5 minute walk to the church and tower. Very festive street but not crazy bars. Great dining and views from the roof and street. Very clean. The host who checked us in was absolutely fantastic. Only had reserved for a night but had we known we would have booked longer. My only criticism is the halls were very dark. Anyone staying here would not be dissatisfied.

Was not impressed to discover that the random door in our room was actually a door to the next room. Thankfully it was locked but them returning back late and showering, chatting, playing music was not ideal - could literally hear them on the toilet! The door had a big gap under it so the light from their room shone through. Could also hear everything from the corridor and room above. Room facilities were basic - no kettle etc, not all bedside lamps worked. The hotel itself had the feel of once being grand but now being rundown and in need of TLC. Car park was impossible to get to with all the ZTL nearby so ended up parking on the street 5 minutes away.

We stayed at Grand Hotel Duomo twice in 10 days. The hotel is in a great location, close to the leaning tower, cathedral and museum. There are a number of restaurants nearby. The staff were, for the most part, extremely friendly and helpful. The viewing gallery and restaurant on the top floor are beautiful, with magnificent views. I recommend a visit at sunset, We ate there once and the food was great. I can’t fault the restaurant in any way. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. This is a perfect place to stay for a break in Pisa. However, there was one an issue that prevented the hotel getting 10/10. On the last day of our stay, we came back from a day’s sightseeing at 3:30 to find that our toilet wouldn’t flush. I went down to reception to report this and the receptionist told me that he would get a colleague to look at it. By 7pm nobody came to look. I again reported the problem to the front desk to a different representative. Again I was told that a colleague would look into the problem. We came back from dinner to discover that the toilet still hadn’t been fixed! front desk to be told that there were no staff available to fix the problem as it was a Sunday and the only alternative was that we could change rooms so, we had to pack up our room and move our belongings to a room on the floor above. Surely this lack of staff would have been known at 3:30 when we initially reported the issue? It is such a shame as this really left us disappointed with our stay

I recommend this hotel - nice room, great location, just a few minutes from the Pisa Tower. Public parking is about a 7-minute walk away, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and a Carrefour supermarket is close if you need anything. Overall, we really liked it.

Ankom sent. Restauranter tilgjengelig rett utenfor hotellet. Fikk servering selv om klokka var 22.30 Fikk lite dobbeltrom - utsikt mot rotete bakgård. Harde senger. Hotellet har sentral plassering, kun kort spasertur fra det skjeve tårnet. God frokost.

More than perfect . Location is perfect , facilities are perfect . Staff are friendly helpful and go above and beyond . Would return in a shot .

Lovely staff and the hotel is beautiful inside. The street is in the perfect location. Great aircon. Room is so tired and needs a complete refurb. Great breakfast. Walls all scuffed, tiles in bathroom damaged, tiny shower. Water ran brown for awhile out the sink. The view out the window was basically a building site on the roof.

God frokost, godt utvalg. Putene var ikke gode å sove på. Veldig sentralt beliggenhet og perfekt utgangspunkt
