This property has some of the best views for sunsets in the entire Sorrento area. The staff is knowledgeable and so kind! When we come back we will be staying here again

We had the most amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful, with the most incredible views and delicious food. The staff were great and the location was just right for walking into Sorrento. Will definitely return

This hotel is beautiful with wonderful friendly staff. My daughter and I enjoyed our few days here and recommend this hotel with five stars!!

The staff at Blu was exceptional. Giuseppe and Mario are truly five star staff. Traveling companions had an issue with the manager as they had to cut their stay short and she was unwilling to come out of her office to even discuss a refund or you a tab for the bar restaurant. Thankfully the rest of the staff understands customer service!

Horrible humidity smell in the room. Very good breakfast and good breakfast staff. Concierge needs improvement.

This property was impeccable. Every part of this resort sparkled! The staff was friendly and professional. This property was breath taking. The breakfast was delicious and elegantly presented! Dinner on the terrace was incredible. The staff was always offering a warm greeting and outstanding customer service. We were traveling with a teenager. I would not hesitate to reccomend this hotel. It is a resort where you can create wonderful memories. It was a dream come true!

Place is close to town. It has amazing views. Food at the hotel is very expensive and bartender was not very friendly. But overall it’s a good place and I would recommend it.

Lovely hotel overall: lovely clean room, BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, very walkable to restaurants, wonderful deck down on the private swimming cove with loungers and snack bar, helpful and friendly staff. The only reason for 4 stars not 5 is that the breakfast was not good. Maybe it's petty to take it down a whole star, but every other hotel we stayed at in Italy had either a great breakfast or an EXCELLENT breakfast (included with the room). Sadly, at Grand Hotel Riviera the cappuccinos were meh, pastries were just okay, juice had a weird plastic-y taste to it, all the fresh fruit was cold and not ripe, the chocolate cake was dry and stale-tasting. It was so disappointing cause we loved everything else about this place but bad breakfast is so easy to fix and would take this place to the next level.

We had an excellent holiday and having breakfast with the views was unbeatable. All the staff were very polite, helpful and happy. We would recommend the hotel and be happy to visit again.

Veldig bra! Topp service og hjelpsom betjening alle steder. Strand, bar, restaurant og resepsjon. Hvis noe skal bemerkes, var det lytt mellom rommene og rommene og ut til korridoren. Bra det var trimmrom på felles balkongen i 3 etasje.
