The property was amazing. The staff was very incredible. I have never been treated with such respect.

Staff and grounds are beautiful views of the Gulf of Naples are amazing. You're high in the mountains and make sure you get a cab to go exploring the town of Ischia as it is beautiful. The restaurant at the hotel is great and they have a wonderful spa including thermal pools and you can request massage the massage person is fabulous and the prices are great highly recommend this hotel

The food was amazing. We ended up staying at the hotel for dinner every night!

There are so many things I love about this property! So nice to stay at a family owned hotel with such high standards of service and pride in their venue. The staff are so happy to help with deciding on tours, recommending places to eat, directions to sights, and always greet you with a smile and remembering your name too. The grounds of the hotel are wonderful. The property is so clean and well kept and the view is lush and fabulous with all the different trees and shrubs and flowers. I really enjoyed the view towards the hill in the back too - so calm and serene. The different sitting areas are another wonderful feature. The rooms are great too with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and bedding and pillows. The cleaning staff did a great job every day. The restaurant was so good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast, such a variety of food, from the delicious homemade baked goods to cereals, yoghurt, fruits, juices, homemade jams, meats and cheeses and great coffees. It was all wonderful - and included with our stay! I have to congratulate the kitchen staff on their supreme service both in the restaurant and at the bar. We were so happy to have the shuttle service with pick-up and drop-off at the ferry and the multiple daily scheduled trips to town. Your Wellness centre and Spa was a wonderful service that we used daily. I cannot say enough good things about your lovely hotel. I highly recommend it and hopefully will return soon. Diana

Great properly. There is a shuttle that takes up to the center of town but the times are limited and the last one is at 10:45 pm so if you want to be out later you must take a taxi which costs 25-30 eu. Michele the driver is great! If you want to stay mainly at the hotel relaxing it is great, beautiful views friendly staff, spa is nice, breakfast also great

The hotel is in a serene part of the island of Ischia. The problem is that it is far from all attractions and it is not possible to take public transport and walk to the hotel. Where the bus drops you off is about a kilometer from the hotel, which is not bad, but there is no walkable road to it. So you have to depend on the hotel shuttle, which is somewhat limited in its times and where it will go. The hotel has a spa underground, which is a nice feature. Luciano in the front desk was a helpful, friendly chap; others were a little taciturn.

Very cozy accommodation and super friendly staff. I had a spacious room with a little terrace. All quiet and not noisy. Enzo from breakfast staff is a real gentleman. The Spa area is as well very nice. However, if you do not have a rental car you Need to ask for the Shuttle Service as the City Center is far away. Other than that nothing to complain.

Fantastic! Warm, friendly, competent staff. Beautiful facility. They have a shuttle service and were very accommodating when we late, returning to pick us up.

This is a very good hotel and I highly recommend. An oasis of calm after a week in busy Sorrento . Only stayed 2 nights and would have liked to stay for longer. Excellent service from the helpful staff. Very clean place. Had lunch one day, very good quality as was breakfast. Room had a balcony with view to sea and the hills behind. The hotel is about 2 miles from Ischia Port and the downside it is up a steep hill from the main road. The hotel provide a regular shuttle bus service to/ from Ischia port from where there is a very good bus service to all parts of island. Hotel provided us with a drop off and pick up service to a local thermal park which was well worth a visit. Not busy the day we visited. Loved the island of Ischia and will return . This is a great choice of hotel if you want to be close to Ischia Port and want to enjoy peace and calm.

Excellent stay! Very safe especially as a solo traveller. Very quiet and relaxing! Felt like a home! Just gorgeous!

The staff were impeccable, helpful and professional. The property was absolutely pristine. The restaurant offering was exceptional.

Lovely Hotel with friendly staff. Could do with a few more finer touches to improve overall standard such as tea/coffee facilities for room and towels for pool. Staff were very helpful and the shuttle service was a must! Few areas of Spa not fully functioning by overall very relaxing experience.

Beautiful Hotel very relaxing and quiet. Spa has a lot of amenities for the guest to use. Restaurant has amazing food at a great price. Staff was very friendly welcoming since we walk in. Front desk lady was very nice and she explained everything and got us a welcoming drink. The Shuttle driver was very nice and very accommodating. The restaurant staff was excellent, pool bar tender gentleman was very nice and attentive. The restaurant manager was excellent he was very friendly, he make sure we were taking care of, and he greeted everyone by their last names. Very professional Overall we had a wonderful time. Thank you Grifo staff for making our stay pleasant.

Our stay at Grifo Hotel was amazing, I can really recommend staying here whether it's only for a few nights or longer! The breakfast and lunch were super tasty, but what made our stay extra memorable was the lovely staff. Everyone was super nice and ready to help, Enzo really brightened up the breakfast service every morning. The views from the hotel was beautiful and the location very quiet and calm. The shuttle bus to town was easy to arrange and had flexible times. I have no complaints whatsoever and I'm looking forward to coming back one day!
