Absolutely stunning property. Do pick executive room to enjoy all of the perks. It is simply amazing. We loved this hotel. The spa was also a great added perk.

The best and most convenient way to get there is by getting a water taxi, especially if you are traveling with children or a lot of luggage. The pool is small, and a daily reservation is required, but overall, it has beautiful views. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Bonjour, Œuvre architecturale magnifique, personnel compétent et très à l’écoute petit déjeuner parfait, Cependant j’ai deux choses à ajouter que je ne comprends pas pour un hôtel de cet renommé. J’ai pris cet hôtel pour son calme et sa vue. À ma grande surprise à notre arrivée avec ma femme nous apprenons que la piscine est fermée pour cause de tempête survenue quelques semaines auparavant, je pense qu’il aurait été judicieux de nous le faire savoir quelques jours avant notre arrivée. Enfin le deuxième soir, un mariage est organisé à l’hôtel. Le problème : notre chambre se trouvait un étage au dessus (b118). Impossible d’entendre la télé et de se reposer. Nous avons dû descendre à la réception vers 23h pour se plaindre du bruit. Je pense que nous avons été patient car nous sommes rentrés vers 21h après une longue journée et nous aurions aimé passer un temps calme. Le temps calme à démarrer vers minuit une fois les convives parties. Cordialement, Un client mitigé

beautiful hotel great service

This is my second time staying at the Hilton, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected especially from such a reputable brand. I understand it’s peak summer season, but that shouldn’t justify poor guest service or lack of attention to detail. The pool was closed again, which was a major disappointment considering it was one of the main reasons my friends and I chose Hilton. When I asked for even a one-hour late checkout, the front desk staff refused without consideration. I also accidentally left my medication in the room’s fridge, and they claimed they couldn’t find it raising serious concerns about how guest belongings are handled. Our “canal view” room, which is supposed to be one of the nicer modern options, had a clogged shower and dusty floors. For the price and the brand name, this was a very underwhelming and frustrating stay. I’m genuinely disappointed and will think twice before booking with Hilton again.
