Holiday Inn GENOA CITY, an IHG Hotel

Very nice Holiday in near the port.

Fair hotel but not as clean as I would have hoped, and the neighborhood area is also not as nice. But the staff is nice and the breakfast is good!

I did not like the fact that theres no AC inside the room .The room is really hot which is not pleasant. Also we dinning in to their restaurant is terrible experience the food has no seasoning at all and also is very expensive so it’s really not worth the stay . Never again to this place.

Stay was ok but not too fancy as restaurant and amenities

Absolutely No A/C year around. The temperature in our room was close to 30 dgrees Celsius. We had to prop the window open with a hanger from the closet. And they left a fan at the door we took it in and plugged in to circulate the air.

Easy to walk around Train station close Clean Close to port

Cab ride that was requested from hotel desk to MSC cruise port was overcharged. Cab driver took advantage of us and charged 24 euro for 4 people while a cab ride to airport was 27 euro for 4 people with the same amount of luggage.

Hotel is the closest and best hotel near the airport. Great resturante when you dont want to go out.

Quite and easy access to the groceries and restaurants

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. There was a good selection at breakfast. It’s in the port area but there is a nearby metro station for easily getting in to the center.

Great room. Only drawn back was the lack of dining options, but the ferry terminal and supermarket accross the street was convient

I was so pleased with the rooms, they were Super Quiet, it was a fantastic stayed! We wanted to stay longer but the price was too high!!

The property is located in a very busy area. Noisy, not very clean area. Parking is a bit complicated to find, but once you find its easy to get there. The staff is very friendly.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, spacious room. Only gripe could be that the hotel bar wasn’t incredibly well staffed some nights when the restaurant was busy, but waiting a little for a drink there would be my only thing to mention in what was otherwise a great stay. Only a 15 minute walk from the main train station, which was super handy for a trip that was centred around exploring the coast via train.

si lo que necesitan es estar cerca de una estación de tren Principe el hotel esta bien. Nosotros utilizamos mucho la estación para ir a Portofino y Turin. No esta en el centro. Es limpio, buena habitación buen baño, buena atención y excelente desayuno.

Stored our baggage for the day after departing our cruise and lady at reception was so helpful giving us options to get out and about really helpful
