Wir können die Unterkunft sehr gut weiter empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gastfreundschaft ist hervorragend.

This location was absolutely beautiful. The staff was helpful and kind. Our room was right by the pool and was a good size and in good condition. The area around here was absolutely great! Would return!

Ich habe eine Suite gebucht. Nie wieder, die Jacuzzi war schmutzig, voll vom Sand, auf der Jacuzzi standen benutze Kerze darauf.Die emotionale Dushe hat nicht funktioniert, die Jacuzzi war nur bis 12 Uhr zu benutzen, und da wir tagsüber die Stadt besucht haben, habe wir uns die Suite überhaupt nicht gegönnt. Um die Sauna zu benutzen man sollte erstmal die Rezeption anrufen und dann mindestens eine Stunde warten. Die Toilette war kaputt und die Dusche zum Duschen auch. Im Schlafzimmer gab es kein Fenster und das ganze Zimmer war feucht wegen Dampf von Jacuzzi. Habe den Personal kontaktiert, total unfreundlich. Es tut mir leid aber nie wieder, ich habe alles fotografiert und gefilmt.Werde alles veröffentlichen

No tenía aire acondicionado y nos dijeron que lo verían y creo que no era verdad. Quien hizo el check in, Giuseppe no atendió el Mobil nunca más. La señora que quedaba a cargo, una persona encantadora de Polonia era quien daba la cara a todos La ducha no corría el agua e inmunda todo el baño. El hotel tiene una ubicación ideal, estacionamiento gratis, desayuno incluido en la terraza de una playa impresionante y podría ser un verdadero 4 estrellas

Pessima esperienza mai dormito in una struttura così scadente mal tenuta. Materasso a molle vecchio scomodissimo, cuscini durissimi, coperte vecchie, stanza grande con finestre e un bel panorama ma priva di tende per filtrare la luce. SPA non funzionante colazione inclusa ma inesistente. Per poter accedere alla struttura siamo dovuti andare in giro per il paese a chiedere informazioni in quanto ai numeri di telefono non rispondono insomma HOTEL (affitta camere) da INCUBO

Pros- Good view of ocean, good location. Cons- None of the amenities listed were there. Parking is street parking so hopefully there’s a spot, if not you’ll have to hunt a space. There was no WiFi signal in the room. Pool and Spa don’t even exist at the property. The rooms aren’t great and you can hear everything on the outside. Not a good place to stay with a family, didn’t have a crib or much space in the rooms to bring your own. I regretted making the booking and didn’t even stay the entire trip. Do not waste your money at this hotel.

Il luogo è magico con un panorama mozzafiato . la stanza presa in fretta in economy era davvero spartana . La prossima volta sceglierò una camera standard Sono andata via un giorno prima

L'hôtel était tout simplement par manque de clientèle. Un hôtelier à proximité nous a dépanné en remplacement avec des prestations et un service OK.

Avoid this place if you don't want to robbed! My wife and I stayed at this place for two nights as soon as we arrived in Italy for our two weeks holiday. In the first day we left our bag, for a few moment, near the reception where the owner was. Just to found out the euro 160.00 were taken... It sounded very professional, because only part of the money was taken. When we approached the owner, Mr Giuseppe ,to know if it was a surveillance camera because money was taken. He answered with a "no" and asked us if we were sure about it. He didn't ask what amount it was taken, didn't offer to claim the money from his insurance...nothing... He simply said that he was the only person in the Bed & Breakfast and that he was on the phone the entire time trying to fix the internet. We noticed that he went near our bag to lock the plastic screen blinds, it was a windy day. After that episode we didn't feel safe there and even slept with a chair against the door.

Hotel pulito asciugami da sostituire bella vista dal terrazzo . Colazione essenziale . Unica pecca corridoio non insonorizzato si sente chi va e chi entra e i bambini rumorosi

Fist of all the property has no parking. The public parking they sell if for ypu to park your car on the street nearby the property if ypu are lucky to find an spot to park. There is not security at all to protect you car no external cameras or nothing. The pool is not at the property is at other property 250 meters from them. Ypu have to open and close doors walk an arrive to an small pool. The location is good but i will not recpmendend at all to satay

Llegamos al hotel en el horario previsto de check in y nos informan que no tenían habitaciones disponibles siendo que hicimos la reserva casi con 3 meses de antelación! Nos cambiaron a otro hotel de la misma cadena con hipotéticamente el mismo servicio; revisé los precios para ésta habitación que nos asignaron y era más barata que lo que pagamos (diferencia de USD 52,6 por día) y por supuesto no quisieron reconocerlo. Finalmente nos propusieron una habitación premium en este segundo hotel pero, nuevamente con pésima atención, pretendían que paguemos la diferencia por un error de ellos producto de la falta de organización y previsión de habitaciones. Realmente nos amargaron la estada en Tropea.

El Hotel es tipo boutique, agradable por demás la vista al mar desde la terraza es increíble, buen desayuno y buena atención , pero la habitación que me dieron no respondía a la foto de la contratada, respondía a la foto de la más económica !!
