we got booked in their second building, which is a bit of a walk because there is no vehicles allowed in that area (unpleasant with suitcases). The experience felt more like an apartment style accommodation vs a hotel stay. Location was close to a lot of major sites. However it does get very loud on the street. Air conditioning worked great.

All the staff were extremely helpful!! Everyone was nice and the room was kept clean. The breakfast was really good with several choices but kind of expensive if you don’t pay in advance. Would 100% recommend and stay again

Tiene una excelente ubicación, el personal muy amable, el desayuno excelente y la habitación limpia. La caja de seguridad es muy pequeña y difícil de operar. El baño podría tener mejor iluminación para el maquillaje, y por el tamaño de la habitación la televisión es pequeña. En general una muy buena experiencia.

De kamer vonden wij heel klein, we konden amper de vallies open plaatsen en er was geen kast of een kapstok aan de muur. Er was enkel een kapstok in de hoogte op een baar waar je bijna niet aankon (+- 180cm Het parket was mooi maar werd onderbroken met 3 latten laminaat precies alsof ze er wat te kort hadden om af te werken. De lift is mooi antiek maar verschrikkelijk stoffig. Wanneer je de gang binnenkomt ruikt het behoorlijk muf. Het ontbijt was verzorgd, de mensen die dit verzorgden waren heel vriendelijk. Ook zeer lekkere taart en banancake.

The staff was amazing. They recommended the best restaurants, got us in early and helped with the luggage. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Location was amazing. They were remodeling so I am assuming it will be beautiful when done

Yes really nice and clean

Excellent Breakfast every morning. Courteous and Professional Staff. Had many issues with wifi signal, weak unresponsive, to my cell and room tv, it was finally fixed ,the day before checking out . Air Conditioner, won't cool to a comfortable level, during the day and night, needs to be upgraded ,to a higher capacity cooling capacity. Both issues were reported to staff and they tried their best, but issues persists, wifi was corrected by the end of our stay.

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig gut erreichbar. Schönes Zimmer, wenn auch nicht besonders groß, dafür war das Bad im Vergleich geräumig, allerdings ohne Ablageflächen. Streamingfähiger Fernseher; Nespresso-Maschine; Fliesenboden. Es gibt ein umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, allerdings könnte die Frühstückszeit gerne eine halbe Stunde länger sein, 10:30 Uhr ist mir persönlich im Urlaub zu knapp. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer sauber. Was man besser machen könnte: Der Schrank im Zimmer ist sehr klein und hat keine Ablagefächer oder -möglichkeiten. Im Bad gibt es keine Ablageflächen und auch keine zusätzlichen Hygieneartikel wie Wattepads oder Wattestäbchen, nur Seife und eine Duschhaube. Shampoo und Duschgel sind auch vorhanden. Die Tür zum Bad war etwas „verzogen“ und nur mit Gewalt zu schließen.

Had an amazing stay in the Junior Suite. The hotel is in the perfect place to do all the sightseeing. The trevi and Spanish steps being round the corner and the pantheon and piazza navona are no more than a ten minute walk away, a walk to the Colosseum was 20mins.

Annekset ligger et pænt stykke fra selve hotellet. Dog er der stadig mulighed for morgenmad ved annekset.

Excellent hotel and stay, do not read the negative reviews here they are obviously disgruntled people who probably didn’t read things properly, amazing hotel and location with amazing rooms. Will be visiting again!

Excellent cleaning staff. Hotel & rooms always cleaned to a high standard. Air conditioning functioning well. Bar was small & well presented but very pricey. We preferred to go out to a local bar as we could sit outside.

this hotel is very good location wise, you have the trevi fountain there, the colosseum, spanish steps and are local to everything else. however, unfortunately we had very bad experiences with staff with two occasions where random men walked into my room as i’m getting ready for the day WITHOUT knocking ( which made me feel unsafe as well as my belongings with staff being able to walk in whenever they felt like it even with the do not disturb on). i did inform the lobby and they seemed to rub off our concerns and requesting no one to come into our room anymore. also, we work on the go so wifi is very crucial which is why when booking we make sure that the hotel offers wifi. when checking into out 4th floor the wifi in our room was not working, we had to call the front desk multiple and multiple times for them to either fix it or move us rooms in which they eventually switched us rooms after the 3rd day of us requesting for the wifi to be fixed. the rooms were cleaned but just many issues that caused us to be uncomfortable throughout the trip.

Lovely hotel and central for sightseeing. Nice big room which was well maintained. A good choice for breakfast to start of the day. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

It’s very basic, economy everything. Starting from furnitures and worn carpets snd not comfortable beds to not fresh greens on very basic breakfast. It’s not 4 stars. It has to be 2 or maximum 3. Low standards of the furniture and furnitures. Location and staff/team work is good, thecrest is cheap snd on the level of 2 stars.

Hotel is outdated Elevator takes forever to come in and goes noise above the room people running up and down pillows have stains on the inside of them. Shower shelf is broken. Shower handle broken.
