Near the pier, just 5 min walk, and the hotel facility is new and room is big, staff is friendly and helpful to tell me the way to those attractions. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel. Very central to all parts of Venice. Quiet at night which was great after a long day sightseeing. Good facilities. Lovely roof top terrace/bar. We didn’t opt to have breakfast as we wanted to go out early and explore but thought the value of €15 was good for a buffet as Venice isn’t cheap. Great location, clean and staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again

Lovely, beautiful rooms with excellent amenities. Great breakfast option. Great location too, just steps away from Rialto so very convenient to get water taxi. Would have loved to stay longer in this hotel. Also 5 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco. Will be back for sure if we ever find our way back to Venice. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent service.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They brought bottles of water every evening. We were also greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival!

I loved it I would return for sure!!!!

Quarto limpo e muito bem localizada

Apenas 4 coisas ficaram a desejar: - o café da manhã, incompatível com a qualidade do hotel; - a cortina plástica do banheiro, muito próxima, que fica grudando no corpo de quem está tomando banho; - o café americano, feito com café solúvel; - os preços extorsivos dos drinques oferecidos na recepção. No mais, tudo em ordem, com destaque para a localização.

窓の開閉が難しかったですが、スタッフが丁寧に対応してくれました。 浴槽の水捌けがとても良かったです。

A well placed hotel within a few metres of Rialto bridge, and about 10 mins from St Mark's Square (slow, picturesque walk). Room was good size, 3 of us. Clean and maid service every day, fresh towels and water. I would have liked better communication from hotel about arriving in Venice on a late flight. I did contact them and they assured me water taxis run, but there was no water taxi at 1am and we struggled to get car taxi and then private water taxi. Overall though, staff pleasant and it was a good hotel for the money.

Hotel was great, really enjoyed our stay, albeit it was a short stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good— accessible to all main, major sights.

Gorgeous hotel. Wonderful staff and only a minute walk to the Grand Canal. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and cosy. Front desk staff were excellent and booked restaurants and transfers for us.

Everything about this hotel was superior. The room, the staff, the management, the location were all incredible. Since it was Carnivale season, there were extra perks such as free face painting for adults and children. It was an unbelievable experience.

Beautiful spacious room with a comfortable bed. Very clean, lovely bathroom with amenities and a great shower. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect, steps from Rialto Bridge and The Grand Canal and a short stroll to San Marc’s Piazza.

Excellent stay, friendly staff, really nice clean rooms, perfect location. 5 mins walk to the Rialto bridge, 15 mins walk to Saint Mark’s square, plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
