Hotel veramente consigliato. Posizione ideale, centrale ma in calle senza uscita e quindi molto tranquilla.
Attenzione ai dettagli nella stanza (saponi e ciabattine personalizzate dell'hotel), bellissimo il bagno e molto apprezzata la decorazione degli ambienti comuni e le decorazioni natalizie.
Mi sono piaciute in particolare le stoviglie e posate della sala colazione.
Confermo le recensioni positive sulla qualità della colazione: piccola ma completa di tutto e di buona qualità.

What an amazing stay for our first trip to Europe. The staff are all so nice and helpful. I was concerned about the language barrier but all the staff spoke fluent English which was a great relief. If we ever come back to Venice, this will be our hotel of choice again. Thank you for making our experience so memorable!!!

A wonderful small boutique hotel in a very nice area of Venice! The staff was superb, and our room—as well as the entire hotel—was beautiful, very cozy, clean and in perfect condition. They served a lovely breakfast with just enough carefully prepared, fresh options, along with very good coffee. The location in San Polo is very convenient—central and within a short walk of everything, yet tucked away from the crowds. There are cute boutiques and restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful stay and will happily return as customers!

Every single staff member, particularly the lady at the front who also prepares breakfast every morning, was beyond AMAZING! They made my very first trip in Italy one and only and unforgettable. And I would happily leave five stars on breakfast; pastries, croissants, protein, fruits, and lovely cappuccino she makes for us were all so so good! I am so glad I decided to stay at this wonderful hotel and will definitely come back here next time visiting Venice again!!

It was an absolutely lovely stay. My room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. I had a little bit of a hard time finding the hotel as it's on a little street off of the Piazza and google was showing it on the Piazza. It is close to everything but away from the crowds. Lots of good food options close by. All in all a wonderful stay.

Breakfast is included, small but delicious selection. Staff was great. Rooms are nice. I stayed in a single room, perfect size for just myself. In a good location, everything that you would want to do is in perfect walkable distance. Even the places that are further away, it really doesn’t feel all that long while you’re walking through Venice.

The Staff was Professional, friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful - went above and beyond. I felt very safe and comfortable in the Hotel and surrounding areas. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Bed and room were spacious. The Breakfast was delicious. A large assortment of fresh food, coffee, fruit, desserts and more.
I would highly recommend the Hotel to guests.

Loved this hotel. It’s in a great neighborhood tucked away from the bustling main shopping strips. The decor was relaxing, pristine in cleanliness. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was tasty with a wide offering. I only wish they answered messages through hotel.com within 24 hrs. I had to message multiple times before I got a reply and no one answered when I called. It would also be helpful for a first time traveler be told what stop on the Vaporetto is best to reach the hotel. Despite I still would stay here again and will recommend to friends.
