Bella struttura gestita in maniera pessima.
È davvero un peccato perché le donne della pulizia e colazione sono super in gamba, gentilissime.
Proprietario e aiutanti non parlano italiano, sono scortesi. Con le camere pronte, ci hanno fatto aspettare un’ora e mezza nella hall per obbligarci ad aspettare l’orario di check-in facendo anche creare poi una lunga fila.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Klima hat perfekt funktioniert.
Feines und vielseitiges Frühstückbuffet.
Fahrradmiete möglich, in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt.
Sehr nettes Personal.
Wir waren für das Moto GP Rennen da und waren in diesem Hotel super aufgehoben.

Posto molto accogliente che ti fa sentire acasa. Gente profesionale e sorridente.
Albergo molto pulito con una colazione diversificata e ampia...dal dolce al salato dalle verdure alla frutta non manca nulla.

We absolutely loved the Hotel Academia. We stayed here for 2 nights on the way from Umbria back to the UK. The hotel is very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff are lovely and so friendly and really can’t do enough for you. The breakfast is amazing with so much to choose from and home made cake. There’s also a well stocked bar and a terrace. I’d highly recommend the hotel and would definitely go back. It’s a great place to explore Rimini with several good beaches and restaurants within the way walking distance.
