After landing at Venice Airport, our group of four drove to this hotel and stayed the first night of the trip in Italy in late June, 2023. The reason we selected this hotel because it is very close to Lake Karersee (Lago Di Carezza), 3 minutes driving or 15 minute walking. The hotel is family operated with the son as hotel manager who speaks English and is very friendly. After checking in, we had a pre-ordered authentic Italian dinner cooked by mother and we really enjoyed the food. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is free included in room. Overall we had a very pleasant experience here, very nice food and room and extremely friendly host. If you like to see sunrise and sunset of Lake Karersee, we highly recommend this hotel.

It is one of the best location to visit the Lake of Carezza. Dinner and service were perfect and we really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location situated at both the bus stop and the start of multiple trailheads. Beautiful scenery with a waterfall nearby. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on giving advice for hiking in the area, and provided many useful tips.

The owner is welcoming, helpful in everything and anything, I personally was helped by a rescue with the rental car that got stuck in the parking lot while we were in a hurry to arrive on time for the flight back to Israel. I will definitely come back again.

Hotel a conduzione familiare, molto accogliente, i gestori sono di una gentilezza disarmante, pronti a rispondere a ogni richiesta e grandi conoscitori del posto. La zona è ideale, vicino al lago di carezza e a molti sentieri ai piedi delle dolomiti e a 10 minuti dalle piste da sci. Se si desidera si può cenare in hotel, le pietanze buonissime e abbondanti sono preparate con cura e l'impressione è quella di essere a casa propria serviti e riveriti. L'hotel dispone anche di zona benessere, un toccasana dopo le giornate al freddo. Torneremo sicuramente quest'estate :)

Très bon accueil et explications en français. La chambre était propre et la literie confortable mais aurait besoin d’être remis au goût actuel. La salle de bain est minuscule et devrait être rénové, la tuyauterie fonctionne mal. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de bonne qualité. Le côté négatif est la route qui passe devant l’hôtel et qui est très bruyante même avec des boules quies. Le prix est cher par rapport à l’emplacement même si vous êtes à 1,7 km du lac de Carezza

Lovely and cosy hotel. The beautiful Lake Carezza is just a few minutes’ drive. Pity we don’t have time to do the easy hike from hotel to lake. The dinner was excellent and the dessert was a pleasant surprise.

Nettes Personal. Bett leider nicht gut. Bei jeder Atmung bzw Bewegung hat es geknarrt. Ein wirkliches Berghotel. Mit ziemlichen Serpentinen. Direkt an der Straße. Verhältnismäßig teuer.

Questo è un piccolo hotel di montagna posto su un curvone della strada tra Nova Levante e il lago di Carezza. Una delle caratteristiche è proprio la posizione: da qui partono già diversi sentieri per esplorare la zona ed in pochi minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il lago di Carezza direttamente dall'hotel. La nostra camera era ben insonorizzata e toglieva parte del rumore della strada su cui si affaccia l'hotel. L'accoglienza e il trattamento della famiglia che lo gestisce sono stati molto buoni, così come ci è piaciuto lo stato di conservazione delle parti comuni piacevolmente arredate in stile tradizionale. La camera era confortevole anche se andrebbe rimodernata (in particolare il bagno). Colazione non troppo ricca, andrebbe forse aumentata la scelta dei prodotti. In linea generale il nostro soggiorno è stato positivo (3,5). Il prezzo per noi è un po' alto per la proposta, sebbene allineato a quello delle strutture nella zona e per il periodo.

Best location if you would like to hike to Lago di Carreza before sunset. There is a walking path to the lake located right across the street from the hotel and you can beat the masses to the lake at it's prettiest time. Breakfast will be ready for you at the hotel when you're done with your hike. Rooms are ample and clean and the staff is very friendly.
