仁爱酒店

這次住的是高級客房, 房間空間充足乾淨, 飯店內裝潢也滿新的, 整體感覺不錯, 浴室內沒有浴缸, 盥洗用品需自備牙膏牙刷潤髮乳, 如不習慣用肥皂洗澡, 也請自備沐浴乳。飯店早餐好吃, 服務人員態度OK, 飯店位置十分便利, 如果搭水上巴士到達聖馬克廣場, 走路只需5分鐘即可到達飯店! 　　

Room was clean although on the small size. Staff were excellent and helpful.

Séjour horrible, personnel a la réception désagréable et arrogant, lit très très inconfortable, necessité de demander a la réception pour allumer ou éteindre la climatisation car impossible de la contrôler depuis la chambre, c'est le réceptionniste qui contrôle la climatisation ou le chauffage de la chambre a distance, incroyable, de plus cette même personne nous a réveiller a 4h du matin en allumant la climatisation

Very friendly service and perfect location. The restaurant is very recommendable.

This was a last minute booking as part of a tour of Venice. This hotel was very welcoming. Coffee making facilities made it more comfortable. Breakfast, which was included in the price was the usual continental affair along with bacon and scrambled eggs. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location as very close to St. Marks Square yet not in a busy area so more quiet.

Great location with restaurant seating along the canal

A great hotel in a great location to explore Venice. Just a sheet as quilt, but there was extra blankets if you are a bit coold blooded.

Room door was a bit suspicious regarding locking mechanism. “Do Not Disturb” light kept switching off. Unable to control AC/Fan due to overtaking building temperature control. Room felt stuffy at times and had to open windows with screaming children in the courtyard. Often times we could hear dishes clanking as there was a kitchen downstairs. Bathtub/shower had mold and multiple cracks. Felt uncomfortable showering in the restroom. Walls are lined with fabric and they are noticeably dirty. Our room was extremely large which allowed great space for luggage and lounging. Hôtel was in great distance of restaurants and cafes. It was also very close to popular attractions.

As soon as we checked the bed, there was hair all over every blanket and sheet. There was stains on sheets and yellow stains on matress cover. We asked if we could get the sheets changed, they asked us to leave so they could change the sheets. We left, came back 4 hours later.. they only changes the top blabkets without changing the stained sheets. I had to reauest more clean sheets so that i could do ut myself.

The property was in a great location, surrounded by tourist attractions and great restaurants. The staff where friendly and you could leave your bag on the last day of travel before going to the airport. Would stay again

We had a wonderful stay here. Our room was spacious, clean and really had an authentic feel to it. The staff were very helpful.

Perfect location; short and easy walk from San Zaccaria waterbus stop (no bridges to cross), then 5-10 minute walk to San Marco and 10-15 minute walk to Rialto. Plenty of restaurants and shops locally. Nice and clean hotel with big rooms and very clean. Friendly staff. Recommended for mid-price in Venice.

Nice

The room was clean, comfortable and decorated to have a nice classy feel. Loved the jacuzzi. The staff at the restaurant were very nice and took good care of us at meal time. Location is excellent, right on gondola row and close to St. Mark Square. Not a dock at the hotel but only 4-5 minutes walk from the dock.

Cute hotel! Great service. The rooms are tiny.

Average hotel overall. Overpriced due to its location - biggest advantage. Interior is old fashioned Venician style- not my favorite, but spacious. Service - did not feel it at all
