Didnt have much expecting as hotel was book very urgently due to some mistakes made on previous Air BnB booking. Thought the hotel room would be not very clean and tidy, but it turned out to be nice and clean hotel. Just the overall outlook in the room is a bit old especially the flloor. Though, the drainage of the shower is quite good with hot enough water supply.

Staff from front desk to gentleman who prepared the breakfast to the maids were all very friendly, nice and helpful.

The staff were super friendly, but the hotel is undergoing renovations on the exterior and the rooms are not in very good condition.

A very basic hotel with an excellent restaurant and very helpful staff. 20 mins away from Florence catch the T1 into the city. We liked the hotel but its very old fashioned and may not appeal to everyone. Excellent value for money.

Ho soggiornato soltanto una notte da loro ma sono stata veramente bene!! hotel molto pulito anche se in alcuni casi un po' datato. personale cordiale, disponibile e disponibile. molto buona la colazione.

Hotel Alex was a cute place to stay. It was very clean. Bathroom was on the small side. Breakfast was a nice selection.

personal muy amable, desayuno perfecto. La habitación a la calle, era ruidosa y le faltaría una renovación, pero también estaba equilibrada la calidad/precio.

Avons apprécié le personnel, la chambre, le petit déjeuner, le parking fermé. L'accès au vieux centre de Florence est très facile par le tramway, environ 20 mn. Bref, nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour à l'Alex. Merci à l'équipe

The gentlemen who checked us in was excellent! He was very attentive and helpful! He communicated to us through WHAT'S APP which was very helpful!

Petit resto sur place, mais insonorisation un peu faible.

Non abbiamo terminato il nostro soggiorno..all'arrivo la porta della stanza 105 era usurata e si faceva fatica ad aprirla e chiuderla, il bagno non finestrato aveva l'impianto di aerazione guasto (da noi immediatamente segnalato al personale), l'unica porta nella stanza che dava in un terrazzo, fatiscente con muffa e i fili esterni in bella vista e usurati quindi pericolosi, con la persiana rotta: non si chiudeva fino alla fine (fino a metà) e rumorosa. Il bello arriva quando ci siamo stesi nel letto e abbiamo iniziato ad avere prurito. Inoltre non abbiamo chiuso occhio tutta la notte perché i rumori provenivano da sopra, da sotto e in parte fino alle 5 della mattina. Muri ultra fini. Impianti dei bagni obsoleti e rumorosi..sentivamo tutti i vicini che tiravano l'acqua e che parlavano/urlavano fino alle 5 di mattina. Nel sito Expedia c'erano foto completamente diverse dalla camera a noi presentata, ma tralasciando questo non potevamo sapere che certi servizi o condizioni dell'hotel fossero così scadenti. Di hotel 3 stelle in questi anni ne abbiamo visti e non è solo per una questione economica visto che se era tutto apposto non avremo avuto nulla da ridire per 2 giorni ci saremo adattati. Non era un soggiorno dal valore di 330€

With plaster hanging off the ceiling & a shower cubicle so small that my 6 foot son doesn’t fit in it we were not impressed or pleased with our stay at this hotel.

Chambre confortable mais pas insonorisée. Première nuit difficile, match de foot avec cris dans l’hôtel ou à côté, bref on avait l’impression que les gens étaient dans la chambre. Les autres nuits mieux mais bruyant quand même. Entre les voisins du dessus qui mettent la musique à fond ou qui traînent les chaises… Sinon l’hôtel est bien placé ( 5 min du tram), le resto de l’hôtel est pratique et bon. Le parking est vraiment un plus surtout a ce prix.

El Hotel tiene una buena ubicación, cuenta con estacionamiento propio el cual tienes que pagar pero es accesible al igual que el desayuno, solo no esperes gran cosa, sin embargo suficiente para comenzar el día, te recomiendo moverte en transporte público y dejar tu vehículo en el Hotel ya que es complicado encontrar estacionamiento disponible en el centro de la ciudad, mi habitación estuvo amplia, pero los colchones no fueron muy cómodos, el internet nos fallo, la señal del wifi no era suficiente en la recamara
