What a beautiful hotel. It was big with plenty of space and an awesome bathroom! The biggest shower in Europe!

The hotel and staff were fantastic! The breakfast was well done and very tasty, not to mention affordable~ a very diverse spread for 4E each. I think my favorite part was the lovely patio/porch area off the dining room that we could sit and listen to the birds and the bells from the Duomo. The room was large and comfortable with a large window that opened to a "courtyard" balcony area. Also, the location to the shopping markets and the train station was perfect! 2 min to market for leather, jewelry, etc. shopping and 2 min to train. 7 min-ish to main palazzo. A wonderful stay! Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch super und bot eine große Auswahl. Alles super. Die Zimmer sind sauber, zwar nicht allzu modern, müssen sie ja auch nicht unbedingt. Das Hotel liegt in Altstadtnähe, in unter 5 Minuten ist man mitten im Geschehen und der Hauptbahnhof ist um die Ecke. Gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, Cafes sind einige Häuser weiter. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

房间很大，但是里面有股奶味，怪怪的~~位置非常好，近火车站，但是在内院所以比较安静。周边商店餐厅很多，去景点也很近。早餐选择比较多。员工办事比较慢，入住登记了很久……电梯很窄。

酒店所处地点很好，位于Florence古城，与火车站的距离步行2~3分钟就够了。但是看到酒店电梯的时候我就心寒了，上去以后发现房间也很旧，虽然整洁，但还是显得不怎么干净。第二天由于酒店来了一家四口的顾客，在没有事先通知我们的情况下把我们的行李衣物换到了另一个房间（我们原来的是四张床的房间，换到了一间两张床的房间）。我们回酒店的时候值班的人告诉我们已经换好了，虽然没有太反感但是还是觉得不舒服，我们自己带的浴巾被放在靠墙的椅子上，觉得不干净只能扔掉了。比起价格，真是太不值了

It’s okay. The place smells kind of weird and is definitely overpriced for what it is, but the man at the desk was very kind and helpful, and it’s in a very convenient location near the train station.

Someone enter the hotel, and was moving furniture and open closing the doors 🚪 hard! Constantly until 2 am. Or more. MAybe we’re employees but they were like destroying the place. I was afraid they want to enter my room. Sad because I like my room but the staff never was aware of this situation. I can office and I contact expidia regarding this

駅近は便利、ブロック北側の入り口が分かりにくい、エレベーターがレトロ、部屋は古く狭いて電源コンセントがゆるく繋がらないなどインフラが良くない。朝食は簡素なビュッフェ。

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu. Pokoje bardzo przyjemne i czyste. Śniadanie bardzo dobre- kompletnie nie rozumiem osób źle oceniających śniadania w tym hotelu- chyba nigdy nie jedli śniadań we włoskich hotelach. Generalnie wszystko na plus! Polecam!

Not great, not terrible. My room was dated and a bit dirty, with a funny smell. Staff does not speak great English, no locked room for luggage storage. The elevator and stairs outside are definitely dated. Still, a comfortable place to rest while exploring Florence.

It was exactly what it looked like, an economical place to stay in Florence. There are many better places you could stay and in better locations with more comfort, but for the price, this hotel delivered exactly as expected. It was a nice alternative to be able to stay the night, grab a shower, and continue on my holiday.

ツインの部屋でした。お風呂ごシャワーのみで狭く、アメニティも石鹸くらいしかありません。我慢我慢で入っていました。
朝ごはんは普通に美味しかったです。
階段下の部屋だったので、夜遅くまでうるさかったです。
場所は駅からわかりやすく、抜群に良いのですが、最初到着した時ロビーがわかりませんでした。見つけにくいかもしれません。
