Veldig serviceinnstilt personale. Vi ble godt mottatt første dag. Vi fikk nyoppussede rom med store fine balkonger. Hotellet ligger litt tilbaketrukket fra Soorento sentrum, det passet os fint. De har fine utearealer og et svømmebasseng med strandbar. Restauranten ute serverer veldig god mat. Halvpensjon-maten har ikke like god standard, men den. fungerer godt.

We had a wonderful day. I did not realize this is further out from the Sorrento city center, but the bus stop is very close and we took it back-and-forth every day. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very, very clean. We had fresh towels every day. I did not realize that our half board reservation included dinner every night as well, so that was an added benefit!

We just left Alpha; we were able to find excellent dining options in and around the hotel and getting to Sorrento was easy and affordable by train, nearby. The staff at the front desk was very helpful helping with transport and activity recommendations. Rooms were clean and comfortable with spacious showers and some toilettries (not including hair conditioner or face cloth towels if you prefer these). The pool is mostly in the shade because of its location in the garden. Some evening entertainment (i.e. sax player performing in the courtyard and other things). Overall a very nice stay on our journey and we'd go back.

Nice clean hotel not quite a 4 star we was expecting . The reception staff are very friendly and very helpfully but the restaurant manager can be a little funny with attitude I found !! The overall restaurant food is quite basic ..
Overall not bad but was a little surprise with 20£ day for parking be aware . Also reception staff will try and sell you excursion as they are on commission basis and check your checkout bill as we found overcharging with items we have not not !

I think this hotel had a lot of potention but sadly I did not have the best experience. I was placed in a outbuilding a short walk away from the hotel on the ground floor.
No real balcony and I think I would olhave enjoyed it more if I was not in that building. The room looked nice but I don't understand why the sink was outside the bathroom.

Everything about the property was good but buyer beware, If you are booking any of the non refundable deals on hotels .com and it says all fees and taxes are included they charged us a 500$ fee only during the payment. I flagged this immediately as I booked. I contacted the hotel.com they said they can’t do anything? It’s a bit of a scam!!!

The hotel is slightly outside Sorrento itself, which makes it calmer and with more room for pool and gardens. The walk in is around 30 mins, although there are good rail and bus connections only a short walk away, also going out to Pompeii etc. Really great, friendly service from everyone. So relaxing!
