Het hotel bestaat niet meer

Hotelli on vanha ja huonokuntoinen. Huoneissa vanhat kokolattiamatot. Vierailumme aikana satoi ja oli kylmä sää. Huoneessa ei laitettu lämmitystä päälle vaikka pyysimme. Olimme kolme yötä kahdessa huoneessa. Ensimmäisenä yönä lämmityspatteri oli päällä kun heräsin yöllä kylmyyteen se ei ollut enään päällä. Huone oli kylmän kostea koko vierailun ajan. Huone siivooja jätti huoneen ovemme auki ja lähti pois kerroksesta. Hän siivosi vielä alakerroksessa eikä ollut siirtynyt meidän kerrokseen. Emme tiedä syytä miksi hän kävi avaamassa huoneemme oven. Kerroimme asiasta henkilökunnalle joka vähätteli asiaa. Mielestäni on ensi sijaisen tärkeää että vieraiden turvallisuudesta ja omaisuudesta pidetään huolta. Huonetta siivotessa ei saa jättää milloinkaan vartioimatta.

We realy liked our stay in this hotel. It's simple but it had everything we needed. Wifi could be a little better but the beds were good, the location, the breakfast, bathroom.... We come again =)

Old fashioned in someways but clean. A very wecoming feeling to the place. Excellent restaurant. Very good breakfast. I would stay again.

Gentilezza e cordialità. Parcheggio agile (ero in moto).

Very close to lake Lugano, but very hot as no aircon, and very noisy with widows open, cars, church bells, etc. However very friendly staff made a big difference.

Struttura un po’ datata che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata,camera priva di aria condizionata,frigo e cassaforte.ideale per una notte,accettati cani senza supplemento,buona la colazione.

Schade, dass man hier keine Bilder hochladen kann. Die Zimmer sind eine Katastrophe.

Es ist eins der schlimmsten Hotels in dem ich jemals war. Teppiche, die fleckig und ausgetreten sind. Zimmer, die in den 1970-1980igern eingerichtet wurden. Das Bad und dessen Einrichtung ebenfalls so alt. Schimmel in der Dusche. Treppengeländer wackelig. Wenigstens war es sauber. Betten wurden täglich gemacht, Handtücher gewechselt. Die Bediensteten sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück italienisch süss mit tollem Kaffee. Ein Restaurant gibt es auch, Essen war gut und preiswert. Die Umgebung des Hotel ist wenig reizvoll. Das Grundstück ungepflegt. Mitten im Dorf gelegen, erlebt man das Dorfleben hautnah. Gegenüber ist eine Bar/Café in der sich das ganze Dorf abends trifft. Lautstark unterhaltend.

This is an older hotel that hasn't been updated for quite a while (I imagine) and has considerable charm. The village it is situated in is well worth a walk around and we loved the church. The bar across the road was a very entertaining place to spend an evening. The room was comfy and very clean. All in all an enjoyable place to stay, with a short trip down to the lake.

Un albergo in un contesto geografico spettacolare. Ho mangiato benissimo a pranzo e cena. E anche i miei due gatti stavano con me senza nessun problema. Grazie a tutti.

Very nice place to stay close to Switzerland. Friendly staff and the hotel has great restaurant. Had a great risotto.

Die Unterkunft hat eine verbrauchten Zustand. Sauberkeit mangelhaft. Teppichboden dreckig, befleckt und alt. Die gegebenen 3 Sterne sind ausschließlich für 1.Standort des Hotels 2.die nicht durchgelegene Matratze 3.die Terrasse Leider haben wir uns auch nicht Willkommen gefühlt. Aus diesen Gründen werden wir hier nicht mehr übernachten und können das Hotel bedauerlicherweise nicht weiterempfehlen.

Le camere sono scarsamente isolate dal rumore dei vicini. Non c'è pace e tranquillità senza tappi per le orecchie. I tappeti nel corridoio e nella camera sono una disgustosa imposizione. Anche il cane non addestrato e che abbaia in continuazione nell'hotel è un'imposizione! La coperta di lana non era stata lavata. Per il resto l'hotel è pulito e il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Il materasso è meravigliosamente duro per un buon sonno. L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla, senza rumori esterni. Tornerò volentieri in questo hotel non appena i punti negativi menzionati saranno stati corretti. Questo hotel ha un buon potenziale

Great hotel, shame that the restaurant was unexpectedly closed but local restaurants were still open. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly too

Bella location, ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità, cortese disponibilità del personale.

Kahvaltı dahil diye kaldık çıkarken kahvaltı parasını istediler. itiraz edince yarısını aldılar. Ayrıca kahvaltı dedikleri de kuruvasan ve minik peynir.

The personnel is incredibly friendly and kind, excellent restaurant and good quality breakfast.
