Everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel managers and waiters were so friendly, we felt right at home. Food was delicious. Room had a lovely balcony with a sea view.

Check in was good. But I thought it was odd that we were to pay the entire two nights up front. Usually this happens at check out. But we paid and went to enjoy this city. We decided that we were going to change our itenery and leave one night early. Hotel told us that they could not refund us our money due to booking through hotels.com. Even though we paid her directly upon check in. I contacted hotels.com they had not issue giving the refund but it was up to the hotels discretion. I’m in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. I would not come back to the hotel due to their customer service

The hotel is a little dated in terms of décor and furnishings but this is more than made up by the very friendly and helpful staff. It is in an ideal location literally on the beach. The beach itself very nice in a little bay with shallow warm sea. Also very near to shops, restaurants and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return next year.

Wonderful experience. Filipo, he works in reception, was wonderful! He is amazing and has a great heart... very helpful and genuine. He helped us in every way he can think of. On the day of our departure, he was on his way back to work on his vespa/scooter, and saw us walking with our luggages. He stopped and gave one of us (only one can fit in his scooter) a ride together with our luggages to the Porto Marina. He also gave us great advice on how to go around the island in the most financially effecient way. He made our stay relaxing due to his help and advice. Thank you Filipo!!!!

Ottima posizione, con bella piscina e comodo accesso alla spiaggia; pulitissimo, silenzioso anche se a due passi dalla via principale; camera tripla spaziosa e con bella vista mare

Pictures look better than what it is. It's on the beach but they don't own the beach so you have to pay another company extra to sit on the beach. The other guests were not friendly at all and some were rude.

Sehr gute Lage: direkter Strandzugang, nahe Flaniermeile mit Geschäften und Restaurants, nahe Hafen. Die Rezeption ist äusserst dienstbereit und bietet alle gewünschten Informationen. Das Frühstück bietet Auswahl. Der Innenpool mit Thermalwasser ist angenehm warm und liegt in einem schönen Raum, werlcher mit farbigem Licht beleuchtet wird. Mein Zimmer (Nr. 50) liegt direkt nebem dem Speisesaal und man hört die Geräusche während des Abendessens, da das Zimmer hellhörig ist, aber sonst war es ganz ok. Dieses Zimmer hat keinen Balkon, sondern eine sehr kleine Terrasse, welche direkt auf die öffentliche Hotelterrasse hinausgeht mit einer hüfthohen Mauer dazwischen, was die Privatsphäre etwas stört.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti presso l'Hotel Ambasciatori a settembre 2016. L'albergo dista 15' a piedi dal porto di Ischia e si trova in posizione strategica, nei pressi de centralissimo Corso Vittoria Colonna, dove si trovano negozi, bar e ristoranti per tutti i gusti. L'hotel dispone di un solarium con piscina e di un accesso (mediante un'apposita scaletta stesso nell'area della piscina) alla spiaggia libera o, se si preferisce, a un lido a pagamento. Avendo optato per la mezza pensione, posso testimoniare che la cucina proposta a cena è risultata sempre di ottimo livello. Buona anche la prima colazione. Abbiamo anche usufruito della piccola spa, rimanendo comunque soddisfatti. Prezzo non proprio economico, ma comunque in linea con gli altri hotel a 4 stelle dell'isola verde.

Soggiorno di 5 giorni con la famiglia, ci siamo trovati bene il Concierge era molto professionale, ci ha dato consigli utilissimi per poter visitare e scoprire al meglio l'isola

Bring anti itch spray and benedryl if you are sensitive to an abundance of mosquitos and bugs that bite in the night. Lovely family owners, quite helpful. Do not leave medication or valuables in the room, USE the SAFE! Family will help to arrange excursions, the return ferry, etc., just be sure to have cash to minimize any disappointments. Owners family will also help to park your car since that can be difficult on your own, but they do it with a smile for you.

Posizione eccellente,a 6 gradini dal mare,2 minuti dal centro di Ischia e meno di 15 dal porto.Hotel curato e ricco di spazi, personale disponibilissimo e attento alle esigenze del cliente,ottima cucina.Belle le piscine termali interna con cromoterapia ed esterna.Perfetto per rilassarsi e sentirsi "coccolati" senza rinunciare allo shopping!

Located near port, on beach, in exclusive area, easy access to great hi end shopping & dining. Exceptional 12 euro full course dinners. outstanding quality and chef creations. Just away from noisy town center (motor bikes everywhere). Great staff and special regards to owner/ manager Pietro. This is a family run establishment and they mean to keep it in great condition and very customer friendly. A/C in rooms and spa pool. STAY HERE FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE IN ISCHIA.
