Fantastic stay! The location is perfect—super convenient and easy to reach from the train station. The staff were incredibly hospitable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was lovely, with a great selection, especially the wide variety of fresh fruits. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice!

Location is very good, just opposite the train station across the Grand Canal
Staffs are very nice and helpful. Introduced and recommended the hotel services and tours very detailed.
Rooms are facing the Canals with balcony. Very good views but a little bit loud when near morning that the boats and ferries are working.
Room is unexpected spacious caused the size of hotel rooms in Venice usually tiny and old
Buffet breakfast is good!
Experienced the electricity of whole hotel was shutdown, emergency light was on. We went to lobby asked the staff . He showed us outside the street that whole street properties and street lights were in dark. Maybe the electric shutdown affected the rain ! Seems he had experienced before…hahaha! After 45 mins the electricity worked again.

We really love here! Ladies from reception are really kind, they show us recommended visit point and introduce everything we need in the room. Breakfast was great and everyone are polite and gentle. We were worried about the furniture are old before we arrive, but trust me they were so tidy and classic!

離車站很近，走路大約5分鐘！有免費的船可以搭到Murano但可惜這次沒有時間參加！房間很大，廁所也很大，床上的迎賓軟糖很好吃，早餐很多元，熱可可非常好喝！員工都很有禮貌很熱情❤️會再次入住！

Desde o check in até o check out. equipe maravilhosa, café da manhã surreal de delicioso, com muitas opções , eu incluiria somente um ovo mexido no menu mas foi uma delícia mesmo assim! a proximidade com a estação Veneza san Lúcia e com os pontos turísticos, experimentei dois quartos porque eu ia ficar uma noite só mas amei tanto o hotel que reservei mais uma noite em outro quarto de frente ao canal. Com certeza irei voltar! Arrivederci!

I booked a family suite, described as a king bed and two twin beds. The room was small with one of the twin beds connected to the king bed and a wall with no separation. The other twin bed was against the wall on the other side of the king bed with barely a two foot passageway. We were only there one night otherwise it would not have been tolerable. That is not a family suite, two rooms would be better

フロントのスタッフはチェックインの時間より前にも関わらず、チェックインさせていただきお部屋まで案内していただきしました。朝食はフルーツもありとてもよかったです。清掃の方は朝食を食べに行っている間にテキパキ掃除していただいたことに驚きました。
とてもよかったです。ヴェネツィアに来たら次も泊まらせていただきたいです。

Great location and the staff were amazing. Minutes from the train station. When we left, we received a phone call 10 minutes later, stating that we left money in an envelope in the safe to come back to claim it. We were so appreciative!

Almost perfect place to stay for a quick visit to Venice. Just across the bridge from the train station made arrival a breeze, and same for the bus/taxi station, (same as trains), for departure. Totally walkable to everything on the island.
