El desayuno bueno, la limpieza bien y el servicio también bastante bien

Very friendly front desk staff. Room size and bathroom was quite large. Beds are pillows aren’t particularly comfortable. Nice to have refrigerator in room. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Good location to Vatican

A quiet hotel about 10 mins walk to Vatican City and metro. It could do with updating but everything was clean and working. Breakfast had good choices. If you're looking for somewhere to sleep because you will be busy seeing sights this is a good hotel. There's restaurants and a grocery store about 6 min walk away. There is a rooftop lounge where the views are lovely and you can see St Peter Basilica's dome. They were able to let us check in early and store luggage on the way out. Friendly staff.

Hotel conveniently located near Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. Cozy room decorated in classic style. Good breakfast in spacious area at bottom floor of hotel.

Tout étaient bien

Superbe emplacement. Proche des différents monuments à visiter ou encore du métro. Le petit dej est parfait : très bien achalandé et en quantité.

Location is ok. Piazza di Venezia is 30 on foot, 10 Euros by taxi. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all respects.

Aunque el personal, la limpieza de toallas y baño y la ubicacion son buenas tiene algunos detalles... le primero que te das cuenta enseguida que entras es que las alfombras de las habitaciones estan sucias.. en sugundo lugar el desayuno tiene muy pocas opciones de comer bien y las instalaciones son algo viejas funcionan bien pero se ve el degaste el airw acondicionado de nuestro cuarto era muy ruidoso... fuera de eso dormimos bien y es un lugar bastante silecioso.

The place is centrally located in Prati, near restaurants, shopping and even esselunga. Unfortunately the place is quite outdated, and the breakfast was pretty bad. If the breakfast wasn’t bad I’d give it 3.5 stars. Also I found is silly that they do not have an irons. I asked for one and was told someone almost caused a fire so they stop providing them. It’s needed when traveling so it really sucked that there was no iron. Regarding the parking it is advertised that the property has parking. However they don’t advertise that they prooerty has 3 parking spots on a driveway at 15€. Then if the 3 spots are left they direct you to a paid parking structure at double the price. Three parking spots is a joke for a hotel to advertise that they have parking, this was another reason why I booked here for the parking and

Völlig veralteter Lift, Speisen am Frühstücksbuffet (Rührei fast ungekocht, Speck gar nicht gebraten sondern im Fett gewendet), Zimmer mit Tapeten sind unhygienisch, obwohl geputzt wird. im 5. Stock hing die Decke runter, später ein Panell am Boden Handlunsbedarf

It was a typical Europe room. Single bed.

The hotel counter staff are very friendly and responsive to my request.

If you're looking for a convenient place to stay to hit all the hot spots in Rome this is a great option. The hotel itself is dated but has everything you need. The staff were friendly. The keys to the room are large and heavy so you have to leave them at the front desk when you leave, but there is always someone available so it was never an issue. Overall, a good place to stay. Nothing fancy.

Very very pleasant and helpfull front desk. Room very small , looked different than in pictures, very old, Bathroom clean but shower drain did not drain well ,so could not take proper shower. Good breakfast.

Super nice staff. Quiet area convenient t metro n bus. Grocery store block away.

The property was conveniently located to the vatican. Unfortunately our rooms were infested with bed bugs and we are now deal I ng with this at home.
