地點方便，近特米尼車站，但樓下感覺還好，沒有那種讓人覺得很危險的感覺 房間清潔度可以，

半夜3點check in，服務員守著等客人，早餐小而美吃了能量足，阿嫂親切可鞠很貼心，櫃檯資深帥哥微笑有禮

Room heating system did not work for the first night, so i ended up sleeping in the cold. The telephone did not work at all The worst thing that happened was when the lift that takes you to the 4th floor hotel entrance broke down on the third day early afternoon. So i ended up walking up the full 4 stories! Eventually the lift was repaired and functional 8 hours later. Dependency on a working lift is therefore the main risk, a big one, if you want to stay at the hotel.

O quarto em boas condições...mas tenho algumas ressalvas. 1) Ao chegar o Sr. que nos atendeu só queria receber em dinheiro a taxas municipal. Depois de negociarmos ele aceitou parte no Cartão; 2) Pouquissimas opções no Café da Manhã; 3) O elevador deu defeito e tivemos que subir 5 andares de escada.

Hotel bom, fica no 4º andar de um prédio com várias opções de hoteis. Possui um elevador porém é pequeno. O quarto era bom, com banheiro espaçoso. As camas eram um pouco duras, mas pra uma noite não foi um problema. Chegamos antes do horário do check in mas nosso quarto já estava disponível e pudemos deixar a bagagem no quarto. Como saímos antes do horário do café da manhã não tivemos a oportunidade de experimentar. Localização do hotel é boa, próxima a estação Termini. É necessário pagar uma taxa de turismo de 6 euros por pessoa diretamente ao hotel, somente em dinheiro, não aceitam cartões.

The hotel was a good base but was pretty basic however good value for what we paid. The breakfast was ok but we only had it twice in 5 days. The bed was very hard and definitely not very comfortable. The staff we dealt with were all pleasant and helpful. The area is nice and you can walk to most attractions within 45 minutes.

Fantastic experience, very accommodating an friendly people

Nice and close to Roma Termini and the Colosseo, has a lift and comfy beds. We wanted to make a cup of tea and the guy at reception was kind enough to give us a kettle for our room.

Conviently located near the train station and shopping. The concierge recommended an amazing restaurant, called ahead and got us a table. The beds were a bit hard, but we slept well.

Great location - walking distance from the main train station. The property is based on the 4th floor of a very old building. The room was a little run down, but the main issue was the extremely strong smell of perfume in the room - which appeared to be covering up the sewage smell. There had obviously been issues in the past as there was a sign on the wall to not put any toilet paper down the toilet. We expect this when we travelled in not so developed countries, but not Italy. Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was only a small range, but it was included in the room fee.

WiFi doesn’t work! It keeps getting disconnected.

Hotel muito bem localizado a 5 minutos à pé de Termini, com muitas opções de transporte no entorno, restaurantes, farmácias e lojas de todo tipo. O quarto estava sempre limpo, a equipe trocava as toalhas diariamente. O ar condicionado funcionou muito bem, o chuveiro quente e o secador de cabelo também. Sinal de Wi-Fi bom também. Café da manhã com pão, Iogurte, bolo, suco e uma máquina para servir café, leite, chocolate ou chá. Equipe educada e prestativa, recepção funcionava a qualquer hora da noite ou do dia.

The property is located close to the train station which was important. The overall rating is based on its a 3 star at best so its not a horrible hotel but just best to know. The biggest downfall is the how uncomfortable the bed was, meaning it was rock hard. We only stayed one night as we needed to catch the train early. More than one night and the bed would be a big issue. didn't have the breakfast as we decided to just head early to the train station so before breakfast started.

Överlag var rummen fina och bra. Det var bra renlighet och personalen var väldigt trevliga. Läget på hotellet är kanon👍 Sängen var dock väldigt hård, och frukosten kanske inte den bästa. Vilket tyvärr drar ner betyget en aning. Men vi är ändå nöjda med våran vistelse på Hotell Argentina😊
