Ele fica proximo ao canal de Veneza e é facil ir da estacao de trem ate o hotel com malas, a ruazinha que ele fica, é bem estreita, mas normal para Veneza, ele parece ser velho por fora, mas esta todo reformado por dentro.O quarto e as roupas de cama estavam limpos, o banheiro que oegamos era compartilhado com outro quarto, mas estava sempre limpo, nao tivemos problemas com isso. O cafe da manha, apesar de ter achado xaro, vale a pena, pois a senhora que prepara tudo é muito dedicada e fez tudo com muito capricho e carinho. Estava perfeito o cafe, tinha panquecas, wafles e pães quentinhos. Sem contar que na recepcao, o senhor que nos atendeu, nos deu um mapa de onde deveriamos conhecer em Veneza. Foi uma experiencia muito boa.

还好住在二层，要是更高，提着两个箱子，我和老妈非累死不可！也是和别人公用卫生间，不过好在房间是公寓型的，所以只有两家共用，还可以忍受。房间还比较干净，但位置一般。前台里火车站比较近，但各个房间同前台是分散的，在岛上的不同位置，刚知道的时候有点郁闷。退房时间是10点，感觉太早。

We only stayed for 2 nights. First night seemed fine but the next day the smell from the basin was horrible due to sewerage system. During the day we were out. We thought by the time we come back, it would be better but it was worse. I woke up a number of times due to the smell, despite we closed the bathroom door! When we checked out I complained and the staff said it’s like that everywhere in Venice as the water level was low. Really?
Tips: leave a wet towel over the drain of the basin to block the smell as it helped a bit.
Warning: the shower floor is slippery especially if you use conditioner.

Esta propiedad esta muy bien ubicada ademas de restaurantes cerca y el personal muy amable regresaria la habitación limpia y lo mejorves que despues de tener una mala experiencia en otro hotel cercano este lo reservé a última hora pero fue excelente 👌 lo recomiendo

Hotel was in a good location, the staff was very friendly and recommended us places. The rooms were great. But on our second night, the AC went out and we had to sleep thru an extremely warm room with open windows that let in a million mosquitos. We had it fixed the next day after asking 3 times if we could get it fixed. Other than that, I think it’s a good spot

Stayed in the room with the shared bathroom , Amex building , 5th floor no elevator . If you OK to use the stairs - its amazing charming place to stay . You will definitely feel part of the Venice history and the view from windows is stunning .
