Le camera sono sporchi , materassi consumati da 20 anni che non si cambiano , scaldamento non funzionante , le camera freddi ,,, il peggior hotel che visto nella mia vita

Mancava il bidet. Personale gentile

Not clean and cold. Not provided an electrical heater. There is no kettle for hot water.

Staffs were helpful. The heater in my room didn’t work and it was freezing in my room. I didn’t get the room change but one staff gave me a blanket. The second time I said one blanket was not changed the temperature in my room. The night staff offered me a small heater and a big blanket. We would leave and get a new hotel if there were any hotel near by available. My husband was a bit sick too. It’s a nightmare for us.

3-stjernet hotel. Slidt og træt hotel. Centralt aircondition som ikke virkede optimalt. Morgenbuffet som ikke var pengene værd. Fin velkomst men man er ikke serviceminded og fik ikke udbedret de ting man kom med. Dryppende bruser, løbende toilet mm. Bad om tæpper da aircondition var for kold. Dem havde de ikke ved hotellet og skulle hentes. Løsningen var at slukke for aircondition hvilket gjorde værelset meget varmt. Sengene var udslidte og man havde en meget antik klædeskab.

Staff at reception doesn't know how to welcome guests, room smelly and not clean at all

Wir sind für drei Tage in dieser Hotel eingezogen, erster Zimmer war ein Horror Zimmer alles kaputt alte Zimmer altes Badezimmer prüfen kaputt dreckig auf dem Bodenstühle kaputt. Bettlehne so dreckig, es war einfach ekelhaft darauf hab ich mich beschwert hab ich auch zweite Zimmer bekommen. Die war einigermaßen akzeptabel. Trotzdem Badezimmer war kaputt Fliesen Abfluss Dusche Fenster dürft nicht auf dem Balkon da fehlte die ganze Lehne Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Diese Hotel hat keine drei Sterne wert und die ganze Zimmer waren alle hellhörig. Man konnte nachts nicht durchschlafen. Wenn anderen Gäste die Zimmer betragen hat man alles einfach gehört. Diese Hotel ist für mich nicht empfehlenswert nie wieder danke

I should have read the reviews because the rooms have no A/C and it was over 90°F (over 32°C) during my stay. The A/C is controlled by the front desk so we were suffocating in our room. Felt like it was turned off around 3am because I woke up and the room was super hot again. That alone is enough to ruin the trip! Additionally, the sink was clogged. I let the front desk know as we were leaving for the day that the sink was draining very slow and they said they would take a look at it. We came back and it was the same. We ended up brushing our face and teeth in the shower because it was so bad. I would avoid this place unless there is nothing else.

Will avoid this property with family. No AC in rooms. Property condition is poor.

L’hôtel est situé a environ 30 minutes d’autobus de Venise ou 15 minutes en voiture. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt, mais ils ont attendu 14h avant de faire le checkin donc nous avons marché autour de l’hôtel. Tout était comme décrit, mais par d’air climatisé dans la chambre. Nous y étions en fin mai alors pas de problème, nous étions bien.

All the drains in the bathroom are clogged, and the room is dim.

nice friendly hotel with easy access to Laguna- just jump to bus and you are there, helpful friendly staff and good standard rooms , nice breakfast . all you need in Venice while you spend all day on Venice Laguna .

Das Hotel fand ich ganz gut, günstig. Sie Bushaltestelle war circa 2 Minuten zu Fuß von Hotel entfernt.

Maravilloso y acogedor,‘lo recomiendo

Camera non pulita. Odore di chiuso. Muffa. Doccia con gocciolio.

Photos are misleading, don’t expect that much comfort.
