Di questo hotel si salva solo la pulizia.

Specifically booked this hotel as it was advertised as free parking. On arrival we were told parking was limited and you had to reserve. As a result we had to pay for an over night park further away. This is false advertising on behalf of the property and booking site.

L’Hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, sembra appena ristrutturato, le camere sono molto pulite. Nota dolente la pessima esperienza con il personale della reception. Siamo stati sempre accolti con freddezza e senza un sorriso, tanto che sembrava stessimo disturbando. Il personale sembrava svogliato, l’impressione generale è stata quella di un servizio clienti poco professionale e non all'altezza degli standard che un hotel dovrebbe offrire. Un sorriso e un atteggiamento cordiale sono fondamentali, soprattutto al primo impatto, e qui sono mancati completamente. Speriamo che l'hotel prenda sul serio queste critiche per migliorare l'esperienza dei prossimi ospiti.

Don’t go by car to this hotel, parking is a nightmare. Lousy breakfast. Room clean and okay.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Hotel rinnovato recentemente. Pulito e confortevole.

The breakfast was the let down , there was more people than tables at breakfast and the items for breakfast was not great and poor presentation. Items were not replaced on a regular basis ie no cold milk meats not refilled etc.

Really nice place to stay. Beds super comfy and the breakfast was absolutely superb with so much choice!! Also one of the only places with parking onsite!

Really surprised how they have modernised all the rooms, all clean and fresh, would recommend for business or families.

Great hotel that was worth the cost. Room was clean and cold after a hot day in the city. Parking was easy, but on the street. Breakfast is the only thing that was less than expected. Very few choices.

Ottimo hotel rispetto alla media di Genova per essere un due stelle!

Dall'esterno ci saremmo aspettati un due stelle da due lire, poi invece dentro era accogliente, senza pretese per quanto riguarda la reception e la sala della colazione, ma sopra il livello del due stelle per la stanza. Il bagno era cieco ma accogliente, moderno e pulito col box doccia rigido. Il parcheggio interno, pagato a parte, era come giocare a Tetris, ma a quanto mi dice un'amica genovese è difficile trovarne in città.
