Väldigt fina rum. Men lobby och frukost var inte så roligt… de renoverade just nu så nu var det halv tråkigt men kommer nog bli super fint när det är klart! Men hade önskat att de stod de innan man bokade…

Prenotato camera Deluxe, vista mare €42l. Parcheggio non dispo all'arrivo benché avessi chiamato il giorno stesso della prenotazione per accertarmi e mi avessero confermato che anche se all'arrivo non dispo, avrebbero trovato una soluzione. Abbiamo dovuto pagare €8,50 extra in un parcheggio pubblico. All'arrivo camera non ancora pronta, ok, prevedibile alle 11:00a.m. Chiediamo un bagno e vengo scortata al bagno di servizio decorato da detersivi/stracci per pulizie con relativi non gradevoli odori. Finalmente alle 15:30 prendiamo possesso della camera: WC sporco di escrementi, bollitore/macchina del caffè di mera decorazione poiché non forniti cialde/caffe liofilizzato/te/zucchero. Nulla!! Telecomando TV non funzionante. Nessuna indicazione per Wi-Fi e per contattare la reception per cui ho dovuto telefonare dal cellulare.Camera con portafinestra su grande terrazzo spoglio, inagibile sotto il sole cocente e con affaccio di operai che ristrutturavano l'altra ala dell'hotel. Dispenser bagnoschiuma vuoto! bagno con porta finestra senza tenda per cui le persiane devono restare chiuse per evitare occhi degli operai. Al check out la responsabile accoglienza dice che non sono responsabili delle piattaforme su cui è venduto l’hotel.Ci sconta solo parcheggio. Sono molto amareggiata poiché sembra non abbiano compreso la nostra insoddisfazione ed han fatto poco per rimediare sostenendo che non potevano poiché prenotazione non diretta. Assistenza,servizi,attenzioni.pulizia scadentissim

Das Hotel Astoria befindet sich derzeit in einem "Erweiterungs-"Umbau. So ist der Empfang baulich eine Improvisation, ebenso der Frühstücksbereich; ein gebührlicher Empfangsbereich fehlt gänzlich. Das hat keinen Einfluss auf das Zimmer, das einwandfrei war. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ok für italienische Verhältnisse; ich hätte allerdings erwartet, dass das Buffet besser bewirtschaftet wird. So gab es z.B. keine Gurken mehr und Rührei wurde nicht zeitgerecht aufgefüllt. Unter diesen Umständen stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis derzeit nicht.

Hotel in ristrutturazione, ma nessun disagio per chi vi soggiorna (la piscina è in ristrutturazione e pertanto non disponibile). Camere comunque nuove con arredamento Frau, pulite, bagno ampio con doccia, ciabattine di servizio, colazione a buffet dolce e salata, tutto ottimo!

The hotel was centrally located and recently renovated. Our room had a lovely ocean view. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is the only hotel we stayed in in Italy where we could set the temperature in our room ourselves, which was much appreciated.

Only stayed one night. Friendly and helpful staff, offering restaurant recommendations. Didn’t try the breakfast buffet. Lift was a bit small and slow. Great location with just a couple of minutes to all the main streets.
