不值得4星酒店。 有升降機，但部份房間須要走樓梯。 房間焗須要開窗。 天花是木，感覺殘舊

The hotel is close to train station and convention center. Breakfast is good. Wifi is not slow and not stable. You need FB or Google account to login.

poor room service

我一年住2次此酒店，主要是近著我參展的展館，每次入住都有一種回家的感，因服務人員很快已叫我陳先生，整體對此酒店是非常滿意的

It is a good hotel. breakfast is good, location is very convenient. but no electric water boiler, or drink water for available.

佛罗伦萨火车站附近难得的星级酒店，干净整洁，房间很有复古风。最重要的是，有一个会中文的前台小姑娘，而且说得十分标准，在国外觉得分外亲切啊。

酒店很老，房间很小很旧，而且非常吵，楼下汽车声，旁边房间水管开关声，马桶冲水声，完全没有隔音。而且房间设施都很旧，离火车站倒是不远，早餐还可以。总体来说不推荐，不值这个价格。

离火车站很久，但是晚上非常吵，房间隔音不好，走廊上直到很晚也吵的不行，都能听见。酒店内的住客比较杂，总是给人不太安全的感觉。硬件比较差，最终住了一个晚上，果断贴钱换了别的酒店。

Sejour tres agréable. L hôtel est bien placé entre la gare et le centre historique. Plusieurs bons restaurants proches... le personnel est souriant et serviable....petit dej tres copieux...je recommande sans souci.

Bien situé, proche des principaux lieux touristiques. Hôtel très propre mais vieillissant. Tout à fait convenable pour un court séjour.

Huone oli viileä, lattia suorastaan kylmä, kylpyhuone uusittu, mutta hyvin ahdas. Huone oli kadulle päin, josta kuului aikamoinen häly koko yön, huoneiden äänieristys oli myös aika olematon. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta, tervetulotoivotuksena croissantit eri täytteillä kiva yllätys. Aamiainen oli loistava!

nice lobby, friendly staff, rooms were nice!!

Was ok. Generally the property needs refurbishment. Starting to look tired inside. Booked for the charm but shabby isnt charming. Poor nights sleep due to loud lift motor. Staff were friendly, hotel had character but showing wear and tear. Bed comfortable, shower hot and strong water flow. No coffee making facilities in room. Unfortunately the lift noise wouldn't allow a full nights sleep.

This hotel was undergoing renovations when we arrived and this was not communicated to me when I booked the stay. Initial contact with staff checking in was excellent however another front desk person in the evening was somewhat curt with us when we complained about our window not properly closing. I can honestly say that the bed was horribly cheap and uncomfortable resulting in poor sleeps. Our room faced the street and was very noisey due to traffic and late night pedestrians standing around being loud and boistrous. If the windows had not been very old and unable to seal properly, this noise would have been significantly mitigated. Had I know these issues before hand I would not have booked our stay here. BTW breakfast was very good and not overly crowded.
