奥罗拉酒店

飯店位置佳，購物，坐車，用餐，租借腳踏車均方便，且房價非常便宜，Cp值高，飯店人員親切~

从米兰中心火车站坐4站地铁（M2换M1），再走5分钟就可以到达。酒店位于商业街上，有很多品牌店铺，购物、吃饭都很方便。酒店设施、服务有点类似于中国国内的如家等快捷酒店，房间空间、舒适性都还可以，做为在米兰的一般性住宿还是可以的。酒店带有一个手动的铁笼小电梯，比较有味道。酒店的接待处在里面一幢楼的2楼，住客需要先在沿街的大门处按一下门铃，然后大门会自动打开，进去后再进入一个带毛玻璃的铁门（此时铁门也会打开），然后上2层，才能到达接待处，这点酒店在入住信息内并没有提到，望大家注意。另外，酒店是不带早餐的，只能在附近的Bar内吃。

The tower bell rings every hour until 7pm at night，which somebody may not like it. Hotel location is quite convenient。i take malpensa express and then m1 metro to p.ta venezia station。or u can take malpensa express to milano centrale n 10 mins walk to the hotel。around 20-30 minutes to duomo n luxary brand shops area。many nice restaurants near hotel too。hotel staff were nice n helpful。good english。

入住之前寫 e-mail去詢問過幾個問題，都很快就回信了，態度很好。在熱鬧的corso de buenos aires上，有許多可逛街的地方，離地鐵站也很近。

No map available. TV didn’t work in room 213. You can request for water percolator if needed. They also lend cups. There’s AC and WiFi if needed. Take tram 5 to and from Milano Centrale to P. Venezia / P. Tunisia.

Worse ever stay in my life. Unfriendly personnel, broken AC unit, broken shower door, smell. We left this place after first night and rebooked ourselves. Avoid this place

Great place to stay

A localização era boa, perto do metrô. O atendimento da recepção foi muito simpático e atencioso. O quarto estava limpo, o ar condicionado é portátil e como o quarto é pequeno atrapalha um pouco, pinga água no chão. O colchão era ruim, afundando no meio. O box do banheiro é bem pequeno, uma pessoa gorda não consegue se movimentar. Para uma estadia de 2 dias esta ok. Mas para mais tempo não recomendo.

A localização é boa, mas o quarto deixou a desejar. Não tinha TV nem frigobar. Equipe de atendimento boa, receptiva e simpática. Para uma noite, que foi nosso caso, não trouxe problemas, mas não recomendo.para estadias mais longas.

The staff at this property was amazing! They were so helpful and available 24 hours a day. I was very disappointed they advertised some features with the hotel that WERE NOT actually available. Such as two things I specifically filtered to look for such as the advertised gym, and laundry services with this hotel. The hotel does NOT have a gym or laundry service. Basically I was just directed to a local gym and laundromat that I had to pay separate for. I was VERY disappointed as these are feature I specifically look for. Also the doors of your room are right next to the lobby so it can be a big noisy at times.

快適さは求めていないので、宿泊するだけなら問題ありません。冷蔵庫やケトルはありませんので、飲食はホテル外で済ませましょう。中央駅まで徒歩15分ぐらいなので、駅のフードコートで夕食を済ませました。チョコレートが好きな方なら、Venchiがすぐ近くにあります。

The hotel is run down and this needs addressing. The room was very small and basic which was not a problem. However the shower was dirty and mouldy. I booked the room because it had a safe and I thought tea and coffee making facilities. The safe didn't work & there was a piece missing where the batteries are. Although we tried different batteries it wouldn't work because of the missing connection. The mould and the broken safe should have been dealt with before letting the room to us or anyone else. The location was good

Took a one night trip to Milan. Booking, checkin and service were all easy and satisfactory. Room was small but that’s ok. Only issue was toilet flusher fell off the wall. There was garbage in a cabinet from a previous guest. Felt safe and secure in the room. Very nice front desk staff.

O hotel está super bem localizado. A recepção muito atenciosa, se preocupavam todo o tempo em receber bem.
