We stayed for 5 nights at end of April 2025 to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Fabulous location for my wife who has limited mobility. Staff were excellent, especially the breakfast room staff. Breakfast was superb with a huge selection of hot and cold options, including freshly cut melon and pineapple. We also had 2 complimentary bottles of water each day in our room. It had 2 lifts. Extremely close to the Rialto bridge and St Marks Square. We would highly recommend this hotel 😊

It was absolutely perfect! We had a room with a view of the canal and it was so fun watching the gondolas. Loved every minute!

The hotel was in a great location. Arranged our transportation to the airport even with umbrellas! Breakfast was great, ask for a cappuccino! Very friendly staff. Turned on the air conditioner in our room! Would stay again.
Found the lily flower arrangement a little strong in scent, but it was Easter

Fantastic stay, hotel could not have been more helpful organising an airport to hotel transfer after landing at Marco Polo early in the morning. Flowers and fizz in the suite for our anniversary and fantastic breakfast whilst watching gondolas outside. Only a short walk to Saint Marks Square but surrounded by great restaurants and a short walk to Rialto Bridge and the water transfer direct to the Terminal… what more can you want..

Busy area, but quiet hotel. Martina was very helpful. Walking distance to msny attractions. Nice buffet. Property well maintsined but dated decor and they could use a refresh. Otherwise lovely

This was the best hotel we had during our visit to Italy. The hotel has a really beautiful old world charm and was so comfortable and spacious, considering Venice itself is so claustrophobic! Wonderful amenities and hospitality - a comfy and cozy way to end our adventure. Highly recommend!
