The location is extremely good, just 4 mins walk to the Venice train station. Also, it is near the water bus stop. That’s convenient to go to Piazza San Marco district, maybe take 15 to 20 minutes. If you take the train in the morning, it is a good choice for you. Another advantage is that there is a small supermarket nearby, you can buy some fruits or drinks at night. However, for the room is much for improvement. First of all, I think the room is a bit dark and not clean. Moreover, the pillows are too soft, we cannot sleep well. Apart from that, the receptionists are unfriendly. As we came earlier before the check-in time, the receptionists told us to put our luggage in the corridor. They seem like unwilling to help us and they look unfriendly. What’s more, do not expect too much of the hotel breakfast, is average!

晚上到的火车站，不想提着箱子往岛上走，所以住了离火车站近的酒店。整体一般，房间很小且不规则，凑合休息几个小时吧。窗外的景色，是典型的欧洲小镇，如果是自家的房子，住着应该挺舒服的。

Location is close to Train station. Convenient to shopping and travel. Lots of restaurants and souvnier shops opened until night.

雖近火車站,但容易錯過;電子地圖似乎指出不同地方,四人房擺設太壅擠,很難去浴廁,浴廁整片門窗可看或通向外面屋頂.但是通向房間走道非常狹窄

The speed of wifi is a little slow. The breakfast is amazing.

早餐不錯

酒店近火車站，附近非常熱鬧，購物、餐飲非常方便；但房間燈光不足比較暗，寄存行李比較簡漏，只是自己放到樓梯底，沒有行李認領牌，有少少擔心不過最終行李安全。

離火車站約15分鐘步行路程，步行至市中心也是約15鐘，房間有配獨立浴室，環境整潔，但我住的是樓上的房間，會聽到火車經過的聲音，而且房間的燈光比較暗，但整體性價比算是不錯。

The location is unbeatable. you cant imagine how hard for rolling your luggage over the stone surface in Venice. This hotel is located right off of the train station, no bridge (with steps) to roll over, only 2 minutes walk away. Shopping, eatery, and water taxi station are close by. All rooms have own bathrooms. Very valued for money.

Worst ever hotel The reception man make me mad in the trip I book one night hotel before the check in day, and when I arrived there, they can't find my reservation. I checked my email and realise that Hotels.com used my old searching to book the date so that I booked the previous night. I never checkin and I find it is still have a room available. I apologise and ask may I change to this night? The old man, at reception just say "YOU BOOKED YESTERDAY." No other words. How can be your service like this nowadays? No way, no way for me to stay if the old guy work there. Think twice before you book this hotel, the old man (with photo) will make your mood worst. ** the girl near old man is sweet

雖然比較舊，不過飯店早餐還不錯，連咖啡也用心的加上奶泡，而且離車站很近，只是櫃台服務人員，雖然是二十四小時的，似乎只是讓需晚到和早退的人方便而已，因為連要個熱水泡茶也有難度

We like how convenient the location is to train station. Everything is walkable. Breakfast is amazing. Our room is and bathroom is spacious, coming from a cruise ship (we appreciate the space). We love how we were given an ancient key to our room. I love the furnitures and decorations. Feels like we're in Italy.

3 mins from the train station. Breakfast is good. 24 hrs front desk. However, hotel is old ( can’t ask everything).

Ottima la posizione della struttura, vicino alla stazione dei treni e dei vaporetti,la struttura va ristrutturata, camere fredde con climatizzatore rotto e rumoroso...personale gentile e disponibile.

Very low quality hotel but conveniently located near the Academia bridge. We were across the street in an unstaffed building. Front door was found open on multiple occasions. Walls were thin so heard neighbor rooms until late at night. I originally booked another hotel, also Belle in title, near the train station and was given this one at the same rate so I felt it was a bait and switch.

Henkilökunta oli mukava. Paikan sähkölaitteet eli hiustenkuivaaja, ilmalämpöpumppu ja valot oli korjattu pakkausteipillä. Eli huone oli jo vaarallinen.

The most horrible and creepy experience staying in this room you cannot even walk around. The bedroom is super small, the bathroom everything was broken holes on the walls. The bathroom is a joke. You can’t not even fit there in overall negative experience. The room has smell, dusty and moldy. We got sick with allergy just staying one night. They also assigned us a different room than the one we booked. If you want to have a nice experience in Venice, stay away from this hotel.
