paying this price can stay more more better hotel. so disappointed

locate perfectly facing the river, with a gergeos balcony. helpful staff and wonderful restaurant. walking distance to downtown. had a great stay.

Beautiful

We spent five marvelous nights at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Breakfast was delicious. The location is fantastic—quiet and right on the lake with amazing views—yet still within walking distance to shops and cafés. Truly an incredible, luxurious experience. We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent position to walk. Beautiful views and pool area. Staff very helpful making great suggestions for restaurants. Loved our stay and will be recommending to everyone.

Amazing stay and amazing view from the room! Really nice gym and sauna! Sun bed and pool of hotel could do with some refurbishment! Staff was absolutely lovely!

This the best property in Bellagio! The rooms are modern and spotless, the restaurants are excellent, the pool is refreshing but the best quality of the hotel is their amazing staff. They are a great team dedicated to making your stay perfect. I emailed questions and they were responsive and helpful in advance and also after arrival. Even shop owners in town said they consistently hear the Belvedere should be rated 5 stars. My only advice is there is no transportation in the town (taxi or uber) so make sure if you are not renting a car have the Bellagio book a car and driver for you.

Amazing location in Bellagio. Great walkability to the city center and the lake. Wonderful staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff was very helpful and polite. They helped coordinate few activities and made dinner arrangements.

First class hotel with excellent service from start to finish. Incredible view from the room’s balcony. Food and drink options in hotel were excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner with many other restaurants in Bellagio a 5-7m walk away. The pool, outside jacuzzi, and the spa were all superb. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Bellagio and would absolutely visit again.

Hotel is great with beautiful views and quick access into town. Restaurant on site is also great. My only complaint would be that the bed was very uncomfortable and not up to standard for 5 star hotel.

Excellent location and service

The friendly arrival team offered us welcome drinks on the terrace overlooking the lake. We had a loft suite so our children were on a pullout with a child with a full bath downstairs while we had a bedroom upstairs with a full bath (and tub). Although I usually bring my own, their toiletries were wonderful, I loved the scents and they were high quality. The grounds are beautiful and we did enjoy the pool and jacuzzi as well as the ice room and sauna which are included in your stay. The breakfast selection was excellent and flavorful. We were able to walk into town and enjoy seeing the shops down the beautiful little alleys. We had dinner right on the lake at La Pergola which is located next to the boat dock below the hotel. There is a set of stairs next to the hotel that you can walk down to get there. The best part of the hotel is the service, the employees were engaged and friendly every time we spoke with them. If i asked where something was, they would walk us to the area rather that the typical person who would just point in the general direction. I want to give special recognition to Manuela, who helped me with a unique situation. I purchased shoes for my son and they did not fit but the store had already closed so we couldn't exchange them and we are leaving early the next morning. Manuela was able to take the shoes and have them exchanged the next day and helped me to arrange shopping them home. She stayed in contact through out. Excellence!!!
