The rate is cheap and close to where I want to go to.

入住第一天，發現浴室窗戶無法上鎖。飯店服務人員馬上協助我們換到隔壁房間。 房間打掃很乾淨，電視提供的音樂很好聽，有質感。感受良好!

酒店交通方便，有轨电车直接能到。客房服务人员好，比较干净。房间和大厅里都有免费的wifi，信号很好。电视节目也很丰富。感谢前台人员提前给我们办理check in。

性价比很高，距离大教堂和火车站有直达的公共交通。无线网络很好，早餐也不错。值得推荐

The facilities of the hotel are all very nice except for the weak air conditioning. The breakfast offered is good enough as well. Moreover, the transportation network is also good that we can take tram No. 1 to get to pizzale firenze, which is the station closest to the hotel, from Cadorna Station. Therefore, it would be one of the hotels I highly recommended.

Die Zimmer wie in vielen kleineren italienischen Hotels an vielen Stellen beschädigt bzw. heruntergekommen. Wirklich schlimm war der unfassbare Lärm: die Wände haben 0,0 Dämmung - man hört jeden Ton aus jedem Zimmer um einen herum. Wir mussten mit Kopfhörern und Musik im Ohr schlafen, um ein Auge zu tun zu können. Untragbar.

short three day stay. bedroom a little basic but as to be expected. My only criticism would be that the bed was too firm. Bathroom was far better than I could have hoped - very nice indeed. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels - excellent service. Breakfast was outstanding. Overall this hotel deserves a higher rating than three stars!

Budget hotel and that's what you get. Small things could be done to elevate stay. Bed was smallish and uncomfortable. One single plug socket in the room. Location is quite good, you can get to amywhere with nearby trams and busses.

Veldig rent på både rom og bad. Litt hard seng, men jeg liker det. Kort vei til både spisesteder og busser/trikker i alle retninger. Så gjør ikke noe om det ligger litt utenfor sentrum. Det eneste negative er at det var veldig lytt til naborommet. Når de snakket føltes det nesten som å være i samme rom. Med gode ørepropper var ikke dette noe problem når jeg skulle sove. Kan anbefales

Hardest bed ever

Das Hotel ist doch recht in die Jahre gekommen und in einem schlechteren Zustand, als die Bilder suggerieren. In meinem Zimmer ging die Klimaanlage nicht, das Bett war nur 1,80m lang, sodass meine Füße unten hinaushingen, eine Steckdose hing aus der Wand und der Safe machte durchgehend eigenartige Brummgeräusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher spartanisch. Für zwei Nächte ging es, nochmal buchen würde ich das Hotel aber nicht.

Chambres à rénover, pas de climatisation qui fonctionne, douche minuscule… Le séjour n’a pas été très agréable. Mais le personnel était très disponible et bienveillant.

Atendimento PESSIMO. O hospede nao tem controle do ar condicionado, o hotel disponibiliza o ar condicionado apenas durante algumas horas, deixando o quarto terrivelmente quente, mesmo durante o verão. Essa informação não tinha sido disponibilizada pelo Hoteis.com. Fiz o checkin e 4h depois, quando descobri, fiz o checkout. O atendente mentiu dizendo ser lei da Italia e não fizeram o reembolso. O Hoteis.com também não se responsabilizou pela falta de informação em seu site.

El recepcionista fue muy amable y nos apoyó en nuestras inquietudes, hasta nos pidió un taxi en la madrugada. Había elevador y las habitaciones cómodas. El desayuno rico.
