The bathroom needed work, the shower was placed where it was a toilet installed before, really bad and dirty.

The property is closed to train station and Metro and is very convenient to go to different places. The staff is very generous in allowing us to get drink from the common room.

Personal muy accesible y dispuesto a colaborar en todo lo que se necesite. El ascensor no funcionó desde el día que llegamos, por lo que había que subir y bajar 5 pisos por las escaleras; están haciendo trabajos en las instalaciones, pero no fue un inconveniente porque era en horas en las que estábamos conociendo los alrededores y fue anunciado previo a reservar.

Is a in a geand old building near the train station, but not the dodgy parts! As such, its not ultramkdern, butbinstead withbuts fantastically high ceilings and friendly staff, has great character. Plenty of restaurants within short walking distance. In fact we walked to coloseum Spanish steps and pantheon easily

Buen alojamiento y muy bien comunicado.

You get what you pay for. A very basic room which could definitely do with a facelift and the bathroom was on the grotty side, but then it would probably have cost more. It suited our needs. The sheets were very clean. The staff were lovely and sorted a sink problem out immediately. It was very conveniently located near the main station and attractions. The room was very cool and welcoming after a long day sightseeing in the 35 degree plus heat. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is located very close to Roma Termini Station, so it is very convenient. There are excellent restaurants near by - we went to the one recommended by the hotel concierge - Amedeo, across the street - and were very happy with this recommendation. The hotel will hold luggage for guests who have checked out, so you don't have to run around looking for luggage storage locations. The room and bathroom were both very clean and there were plenty of towels.

Achei que poderia ter um frigobar e a possibilidade de comprar água dentro estabelecimento.

Overnight stay near train station. Booked for convenience. It served its purpose. Elevator was helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. The shower in my room was broken, and despite multiple complaints, it was never fixed during my stay. The towels were not changed, and the room was not properly cleaned. The lack of attention to these basic amenities is unacceptable. The service was also disappointing, with staff members showing little concern for guest satisfaction. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value good service and a comfortable stay.

다음날 일찍 피렌체에 갈 예정이라 잠만 편하게 잘 수 있는 곳으러 가성비 있게 고르려고해서 선택된 숙소 테르미니역에서 그 정도 거리면 가까웠고! 작은 건물이고 여러 호텔이 입구를 같이 사용하지만 문제 없었다. 체크인도 친절하고 끊임없이 필요한 것 체크해주심 소통이 어려우면 직접 번역기도 사용 11시 이후인가 아래 문도 잠겨서 열고 들어올 수 있도록 비번을 주심. 조명이 어두운 편이지만 객실 청결도나 욕실 청결도 이정도면 아주 굿굿! 다만 시내 인접이라. 늦은 시간까지 약간의 바깥 소음이 있다. 대신 호텔 자체는 정말 고요하고 방음이 괜찮아서 다른 손님없나 싶게 잘 잤는데. 모두 다음날 아침 일찍 준비해서 나가더라..ㅋㅋ 그런 용도로 많이들 고르는 호텔이지 싶었다.

Como passamos apenas uma noite para pegar o trem no dia seguinte de manhã, deu pra administrar os problemas do banheiro. Mas não dá pra ficar hospedado para uma visita de turismo. O box do banheiro não escoava a água. Virou uma piscina e só dava pra outra pessoa tomar banho quando a água baixava, o que demorava. O mesmo problema de escoamento existia na pia do banheito. Banheiro com condições bem ruins por conta desse problema. Quarto limpo, porém mal conservado, com as paredes sujas. A localização é boa se vc precisa usar a estação Termini. O funcionário que nos atendeu foi gentil, mas os problemas do banheiro nao valem a estadia. O quarto em que ficamos não correspondia às fotos do site.

My family and I had a pleasant stay at the Big Bang Hotel during our visit in Rome. It is conveniently a close walk to the Roma Termini transport terminal and Repubblica Metro station. There are quite a few restaurants to choose from in the area. Staff were also very helpful and informative, over all a decent place to rest for a reasonable price.

We had a great time. Rafaela and is very nice and accommodating

風呂とトイレ付近は少し古い感じがしました。 あとは特に問題なく過ごせました！ フロントの方も丁寧で心良く1泊させていただきました。
