Ho soggiornato 3 giorni in questo hotel che meriterebbe più di due stelle. Camera pulitissima, così anche il bagno, silenziosa.Posizionato vicino Stazione, strategico per i vari punti di interesse storico.. Ottima colazione. Personale gentilissimo,il signor Marco,medico e titolare dell' hotel, fornisce interessanti spunti artistici su Roma, conoscendo e apprezzando l 'Arte. Consigliatissimo

Apenas dormimos no hotel para pegar o trem no dia seguinte e chegamos tarde, as 2h da manhã, e fomos mal recepcionados por uma mulher, que reclamou da hora do nosso check in.

There was no AC. Bugs

The place is old. Needs upgrade. The location is very good. No AC. The host is nice. Very close to Rome Termini. Breakfast is not a breakfast! I only drank coffee.

Oda çok soğuktu, kalorifer yanmıyordu, klima yoktu, yedek battaniye yoktu, oda bakımsız ve karanlıktı, internet çekmiyordu, kahvaltı çok kötüydü, kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Excelente suite, quarto limpíssimo, com toalhas e roupa de cama limpa e de boa qualidade, tudo muito bonito, Infelizmente o quarto que pegamos tinha muito barulho, talvez porque ficava de frente e ao lado das portas principais. No geral maravilhoso e recomendo, ótima região e super seguro. Perto de tudo.

Good location with everything in walking distance.

No elevator, so if you have suitcases it could be a bit of a haste climbing up to 4th floor. Also requested an iron like 4 times and the staff didn’t seem to care.

All in all, I regret booking this hotel. It was very overpriced for what it was; there were damaged fixtures in the room (the bathroom door handle was faulty and falling off, and the basin plug was stuck) and the fan rattled. It needed a really good clean - the grouting in the bathroom was filthy, the surfaces were dusty, there was dirt on the walls and the visible cabling connected the TV was caked in dust. It also wasn’t soundproofed rooms as advertised; I stayed right next to the food area and could hear a pin drop in there. I was woken up early each night. I think it needs a full refurbishment. A real disappointment.

Close to the metro.

Not sound proof at all. In fact terrible. I could hear people breathing next door. The bar does not exist as stated. Refer broken and when ask the manager shrugged his shoulders. No one ever at front desk. I had to go out and buy toilet paper. This is the hotel that will make me pay attention to the satisfaction ratings.
