此酒店的客服使我非常滿意, 不論是reception或是餐飲侍應都非常有禮和專業, 食物質數高 ; 房間大和整潔舒適, 住地面的這一層就方便, 但冇景觀可言, 住一樓景觀好, 而且房間也是最大, 有衣帽間, 巨大洗手間和巨大的房間 ; 我們住得好悏意, 去這酒店一定要自駕遊, 否則都好難去到

Beautiful resort, pool, rooms, service and food were all excellent!

We had a great experience to stay at this hotel. It was clean, friendly service, amazing restaurant and a fantastic swimming pool. We were with 2 kids and the room was big and great views. Everything was stocked in the room everyday, including the pool towels. I would highly recommend it.

Très joli hôtel dans l’un des plus jolis coins de Toscane, à proximité de Sienne et Florence. Jolie piscine. Un peu impersonnel toutefois. Et un petit déjeuner assez médiocre.

The Borgo was exactly what we were looking for. A great pool, lounge chairs, view of the rolling hills, and wonderful outdoor pool side bar service. Easy access to Siena, Florence, and anywhere else in the area to explore. The decor is dated, but was we loved the unpretentious charm.

Im grossen und ganzen ok. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht ganz. Im Zimmer hat es Spinnweben und die Toiletten Artikel werden nicht nachgefüllt (vanity kit). Gewisse Dinge brauchen eine Renovierung. Zb der pool, wo auch der Sprudelbereich nicht funktioniert und wo die Keramik sich verabschiedet. Das essen ist gut doch die Portionen sind knapp. Es ist morgens um 6 Uhr schon laut! Ein Rudel Hunde das bellt und die Lieferanten die sich nicht bemühen um diese zeit still zu sein!! Und es hat wahnsinnig viele Mücken. Da müsste vielleicht mal pest-control in Aktion kommen.

Het ontbijt kon beter het was er chaotisch. We hadden een kamer voor 4 personen waarvan er 2 op een opklapbed moesten slapen wat een echte ramp was, en bijna geen opbergruimte.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. The pool area was clean with plenty of sun loungers and a poolside bar. The room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Absolutely beautiful!!! It’s a bit of a long way to get to from Florence especially if you’re taking the bus but the accommodation and food is spectacular!

The room is spacious but decor is old-fashioned with no coffee machine and a very outdated hair dryer . Breakfast is soso with a noisy crowd queing to get coffee / tea which is not served. Not a luxury hotel but decent for families with children

Trevligt, rent, uppmärksam och trevlig personal. Jag skulle rekommendera detta till alla som besöker området.

Great afternoon by the pool. Evening meal menu was odd. I think the chef was trying too hard to be different. The vegetarian chick pea dish was merely a bowl of cooked onions with some vegetable mush- my wife called it baby food. The chicken with truffles was tasty although came with flabby chicken skin. Breakfast was amazingly good in comparison. We had a room with a view of a 6 foot tall hedge, beyond the hedge was a fantastic view of Tuscany we couldn’t see, really strange. Staff were very good, the pool pleasingly cold and refreshing. Good but not a great stay.

En pleine Toscane, à mi-chemin entre Florence (Firenze) et Sienne (Sienna). Cadre somptueux. La dolce vita.

Excellent Séjour!! Site fabuleux dans un environnement enchanteur. L’hôtel offre beaucoup de services dont un excellent petit déjeuner. Route facile d’accès et beaucoup de bons restaurants à distance de marche dans un cadre sécuritaire. Seul bémols: le restaurant de l’hôtel est cher, nous avons mieux mangé ailleurs pour moins cher et les chambres qui sont propres mais vieillottes. Malgré tout je recommande vivement!!

We were a group of 10 who just returned from a 4 night stay at this beautiful hotel. It exceeded our groups expectations. It is quaint, in a beautiful setting. The staff was excellent, accommodating any request that was made. Restaurant is very good, included breakfast was great, many choices. We enjoyed the pool and the bar servers at the pool were excellent. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.
