Lovely place and very helpful and friendly staff, especially at the bar/lunch area. The check-in process was flawless and very detailed, the grounds are stunning and the rooms are traditional yet it feels modern. Everything was clean and well kept. Opportunity to improve on reception’s English and not profiting from guests on Taxis rip off, if booking from the hotel.

Für das Anwesen zu teuer. Riesige Anlage mit alten Gebäuden, die sicherlich Liebhaber finden kann! In unserem Zimmer wurde eine Dusche im Wohnzimmer nachträglich verbaut. Service sehr gut, Essen ausgezeichnet. Großer Pool, gute Lage. Vorsicht: Zufahrt nur über Schotterstraßen möglich.

Overall, a very good accommodation on a very well-maintained, scenic property. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The breakfast staff was only partially attentive and courteous. This was our only criticism. The rest of the staff was friendly.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and until now, I’ve always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. The staff didn’t feel as welcoming as you'd expect from a hotel of this category, and the room we were given was right by the reception—a decision that really impacted our rest. We were kept awake by loud conversations from guests arriving at 3 a.m., and surprisingly, even the staff were speaking loudly while checking them in. The bed was noisy with every movement, and the shower lacked pressure, which made it difficult to enjoy. However, the biggest issue was the emergency light in the room. While I understand the need for safety, the bright green light filled the entire room at night, making it nearly impossible to sleep without something over your eyes. It was incredibly uncomfortable and poorly thought out. It’s a real shame, because I’ve always loved how beautiful this hotel is, and the breakfast remains impeccable. But considering the growing downsides, this might sadly be my last stay.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful. It was an amazing stay. Our only complaint was the mattress. More firm/hard than we like. But the beauty and staff made up for it!

This hotel was amazing and beautiful, very clean and good customer service.

The highlight of our 2 week trip was our 3 days and nights here, we wish we had allocated more days here. The entire area is magical, rent a car and explore! The staff was so friendly and helpful with anything you need. It is quiet and serene, you feel like you're at someone's house.

Hotel é lindo, muita área verde, bem cuidada, ótimo restaurante , café da manhã delicioso, com uma área de estar fantástica, equipada com lareira próximo ao bar e piscina, quartos bons e espaçosos, eram com vista para o jardim, segundo andar. Viajamos em família, 5 pessoas. O acesso ao Borgo é fácil, Waze te leva sem erro e próximo a cidade, a entrada, chegamos a noite, e deslumbrante!! Estão todos de parabéns, ao chegar já pegaram as malas com carinho, todos educados, recepção excelente, mas quero agradecer em especial a Daniela ( bar ) e ao Freepong , garçon. Obrigado.
