房间非常舒适，可以欣赏到美丽的城市景观

Did not use the internet. Most staff are very nice and helpful, particularly Paolo & Murad. But one staff in the breakfast room was very rude, not wanting to serve and reminded me that I only had 10 mins left for buffet breakfast on Sat which I already knew and I said to her when I got in. There were 3 other guests who came in after 10:30am. They even ordered fried eggs and stayed for much longer. Yesterday, I ordered sunny side up eggs before 10:30am. She would not place the order for me and said that only scrambled eggs was served. I said to her that I saw 3 guests ordered fried eggs on Sat and she took the order. One guest made her place another order of the eggs because they did not come out as what he wanted. She did not reply me. For all it mattered, she might be lying in order not to do the work. Another person who is not friendly and rude is one of the front desk person. Again, he gave me the impression he wouldn't help for what I was asking and he answered bluntly as well. Anyway, apart from these 2 staff, all are very nice. I would stay here again due to the proximity to the Biennale venues despite these 2 staff.

Room was spotless and had great views over the water towards the grand canal. Lovely that it is just outside of the hustle and bustle with plenty of cafes/ restaurants close by. Arsenale waterbus stop is just a few minutes from the door which was so handy. Breakfast was great, loads of choice and anything we had was nice. We also had a few drinks sitting outside the hotel one evening which was beautiful watching the sunset and very reasonable pricing. Staff were fantastic, had no issues at all. Stefano was a delight and helped us with a few queries and organised a trip to Murano for us which was one of the highlights of our trip. Nothing too much trouble and from the front desk to the bar staff and breakfast staff we thoroughly enjoyed our interactions. Would definitely recommend and if i am lucky enough to go back to Venice i will stay here again. thanks

Even this hotel is little bit far from the city heart, this hotel is the best hotel of my ten days trip in italy. The hotel allow defer the check out time till 12:00pm. Strongly recommend this hotel to the one who wanna have a comfortable staying in italy. One more there is a bar street or a lot of restaurants on the left hand side (after cross one bridge) of the hotel.
