布基洋缇酒店

本次義大利旅行最滿意的住宿！地點超棒，離SMN車站很近，方便徒步去各大景點。櫃台人員也非常親切，詳細地介紹了所有設備和周邊環境。雖然很可惜一個人沒辦法住到有壁畫的房間，但我的房間有小巧的陽台，可以體會到歷史悠久的古老宅邸氣氛。唯一的小小缺點是開門鎖的方式有點令人困惑，第一晚回去差點以為自己被鎖在門外，怎麼樣都打不開門，幸好後來解決了。下次會想再住！

这家酒店的入住体验非常的棒 地理位置十分优越，出门左转步行五分钟到火车站，右转五分钟百花大教堂，到老桥最多十五分钟。酒店则在一条安静的小街道，真的是闹中取静。 房间非常的漂亮，我们入住的是四面都是壁画的套房，非常的具有艺术气息。虽然预定时有看到图片，但当我们进入房间的时候还是觉得非常的惊喜。不仅因为它的美丽，还有他的房间价格，性价比非常高。 客房人员非常热情，帮我们存行李，搬东西，非常好客。房东老爷爷去过中国，对国人非常友好。 最主要是这个酒店非常安全，楼下大铁门要门铃才能上楼，不是酒店的入住人员也不让进房间区域，安全系数很高。 总是是一个性价比极高的，充满艺术气息的酒店。五星体验，三星价格，强推，下次还会选择入住。

i arrived to Florence from Assisi really sick, and having had my wallet stolen. I cannot imagine a more welcoming place than Hotel Burchianti. Giulia amd Marco (or Mario) are so professional and kind and made my stay there feel like coming home. I also absolutely love the boutique feel, the classical music and how tastefully attired the staff is. The juice, American coffee were plenty for me. The twin room is small but clean and the location is not to be beat. I spent one evening in a double which was also very special. I am grateful to this place and staff for helping me manage a bad flu in relative comfort!

The room was amazing with beautiful painted ceiling. Everything was sparkling clean and the central heating worked (it is January).

The Junior suite with the frescos was one of a kind. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Beds are good. The stuff is amazingly and uniquely friendly and helpful. Giulia is a gem. Fresh coffee in the morning instead of a coffee maker. In the old town only walking minutes from the cathedral. One of the best accommodations ever

Room was clean and surprisingly big. I found the bed comfy but husband didn’t. Staff was pleasant but we weren’t told breakfast was extra when we checked in, and the next morning the person in charge was 10 minutes late, so we had to wait for fresh coffee. Once he got situated he did make some pretty good cappuccino. But we had expected breakfast and weren’t even offered the option when checking in (we arrived mid afternoon). Also the shower situation in room 1, where we stayed, is quite strange. It’s a fold out shower, so not a wall structure. Very awkward for an adult to shower and no where to place bathing essentials like soap and shampoo, except on the floor. Shaving legs would have been impossible. Also, this wasn’t an issue for us, but between 7pm and 8 am the hotel is not staffed. So if there’s a problem, you need to text someone. For people expecting a full hotel experience, this is different. Otherwise location was great, very quiet at night, everything was very clean, and we loved our time in Florence!

Best hotel room i have ever stayed in! The art on the walls are real 16th century paintings. Would stay again in a heart beat! We stayed in the Junior suite and would choose that size again because you could really spread out.

It was an easy walk to the train station and also close enough to the sights I wanted to see that I was able to walk. Also the interior of the historic building was charming.

部屋とロケーションは良かった。掃除もきちんとしていた。スタッフは一度しか会わなかった。初めてB&Bに着いた時も自分で鍵を開けて入れとメールで言われて、入り方が分からなかったのと、鍵が開けにくく、力がないとなかなか開かなかった。 レッチェについてメールでレストランの情報だけではなく他の情報も教えて欲しかった。 ユースホステルでも街の情報を知らせてくれるという話を聞いた。ホテルではないからというのは言い訳ではないかと思う。

This was a wonderful place to stay. It’s perfect for the location which is in the heart of Florence. The staff made it feel like home for just a few days! Julia was especially wonderful, kind, helpful and always available for a conversation. Thank you!

We booked this hotel last minute and were really happy with our choice. The front desk staff were so kind and super helpful from the moment we checked in. Our room was beautiful - high ceilings with a painted design, a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and a clean bathroom with warm water and good water pressure. It even had a large soaking tub, which is pretty rare in Italy and felt like such a nice bonus after long days of walking around the city. The building itself is old in the best way. It's full of character, well cared for, and very charming. The location is perfect for exploring Florence on foot, with plenty of sights, restaurants, and shops nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
