The room is big enough for my wife and I, the service was good, and very close to the port where it is very convenient.

Good service and breakfast is good enough for our needs,

Ok it is a small hotel with small room, like most of the hotel in Venice. It was very clean and well equipped. Receiption was very helpful and polite. Wifi only available in 1/f where is also the breakfast is located. The hotel is located on the route between Piazzale Roma and Saint Marco Square, not the main one on the north bank of the grand canal, but on the south bank where is much more quiet. So be prepare to go through small aisle at night. But you will still feel very safe in Venice. A plus got that is you got very quiet room even on 2/f. Breakfast was fine. Toast, bread, cheese, lots of jam! Down side is the red is real small even for Asian.

10 mins walk from train station. VERY helpful staff. Room is nearly renovated and very clean. Breakfast is above average.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber, das Frühstück war reichlich. Die nächste Vaporeto Station war 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir würden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen:-)

Good general location, close to the Venezia Sta Lucia train station. Close to lively night life but just tucked away enough that the street is quiet. Close to a water bus station for travel within the city. Good internet access and accommodations comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was a nice surprise. The only recommendation I have would be that the shower be cleaned better and maybe update to include the ability to use streaming services like Netflix, etc.Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Wonderful one night stay! We loved the area, there were many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby and it was outside of the most touristy areas. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, the room was clean, and the hotel was quiet. The staff was very nice.

Stayed here two nights in July. From the airport we took a bus to Piazzale Roma and from there it was a short walk to the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The area is wonderfully walkable and charming. It is easily walkable to main tourist sites such as the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square. We enjoyed coming back to the hotel area after visiting these sites as it was not as crowded as the main tourist areas. Breakfast was good. The hotel is also a short walk to the train station. I would definitely stay here again.

It was everything I expected for a Venetian hotel room. Quaint and lovely. Would stay here again.
