停车非常不方便，酒店不含早餐。

This hotel is not suitable for people with disabilities. The hotel does not tell people with disabilities that they need to bring the hanger from their car from their country of origin.. people with disabilities who have a rental vehicle. They tell them to park outside of the city walls, a 25 minute walk away if they can find parking it is absolutely inaccessible and I would tell people do not park there. Also, the staff member knew I was in a disability space assigned to a resident and still indicated for me to park there instead of telling me to park in one of the ones that didn’t have that because of course as a foreigner, I wouldn’t know that’s what the number meant. He had seen where I was parked. He simply argued that Disability passes are not internationally recognized which they are. Canada has an international agreement. It seems more likely that the Hotel has an understanding with the police department, he had told me himself he had phoned them when he realized I had parked there Sounds more like a tourist tax. There was a lot of of this when I dropped off the car at AVS. The cab driver had 485 on the metre I looked down to get the money from my bag. He pushed the button it went up to €10 the car was already parked. I was obliged to take a Taxi to my rental car as a disabled person to the economy, relies on tourism and they treat tourist horribly.

Trevlig personal som är hjälpsamma. Duschkabinen är den minsta jag har sett. Internet på hotellet var väldigt långsamt och hade dålig täckning i rummet. Bra location. Nära till det mesta.

Mysigt med mycket bra läge!

The staff were wonderful and the cafe at the entrance quite good and obviously very convenient. The room was comfortable and we liked the location, with easy walking distance to the river and restaurants (try La Ghiotteria, a recommendation from the staff). On the downside, while the room was air conditioned it seemed to have been locked to not cool as much as we would have liked during our very hot stay (presumably an energy efficiency measure). Further, the shower was very small with a clingy curtain. These negatives were minor and overall we would recommend Hotel Verdi to others.

Vannlekkasje på badet. Fikk ikke bytte rom siden de var fullbooket. Vennlig personale. Men ville ikke bodd her igjen.

Great location, everything was ideal for our trip.

Hadde et utrolig fint opphold på Hotel Verdi. Stille og rolig strøk med cafeer og restauranter rett utenfor døra. Kort avstand til alt. Vi var to voksne og to barn, det tok oss 15 minutter å gå til det skjeve tårn, og ca 10 minutter å gå til handlegata. Anbefaler å spise på restaurantene rundt ved hotellet og utenfor der det er mest turister. Det er billigere og de har et bredere utvalg av retter. Mot det skjeve tårn beveger man seg inn i et turistområde hvor vi opplevde dårligere kvalitet på maten og lite å velge i. Vi endte med halvstekt pizza, smakløs pasta og lasagne som var kald inni. På hotellet anbefales det å prøve ut bakevarene og kaffen deres. De har også mye godt ferdigsmurt til frokost om man ønsker å spise der. Betjeningen var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende. Vi måtte sjekke ut til kl 11, men flyet vårt dro ikke før 21. Vi fikk oppbevare kofferter i resepsjonen mens vi var ute og de ordnet taxi til flyet. Rengjørere var også utrolig hyggelige og behjelpelige. Alltid strøkent rom og oppredde senger til vi kom tilbake fra utflukter.

The hotel was really well located and fantasticly staffed. The staff could not be more helpful if they tried. Some of the amenities were outdated but for the price we could not complain. Would definitely be recommending it to our friends and family!

It is an old building with old broken down furniture and not too clean either. Very poor breakfast with few options and you could not even have a 2nd cup of coffee without paying extra. Unfriendly staff! Very expensive for the service provided..

Lovely stay for a night

Great location, very close to the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned every morning. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Location is very central, and walking distance to any attraction. Ex.: 17min walk to the "leaning tour". Close to restaurant and shopping area. In the weekend, the parking is good in the square in front of the hotel entrence, and the near-by streets. Rooms are old but ok.

Booked last minute for my daughter that was traveling to Portofino from Florence and lost the train connection at 11:30 pm in Pisa. The hotel is conveniently located walking distance from the train station. It is clean, 24 hr. Checking and friendly staff. Also it has a Café in the property. The girls spent the night super comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel, very clean, very nice, the service was great. I will stay here again if need be.
