地方很近，火车站不远，价格还行

客房有点小，不过位置是极好的，距离Termini火车站只有5分钟步行路程。价格也还行。

Terrible, old and poor condition of room and location!

Location is good, only 10min can go to Roma terminal. But the hotel building is old, the room also the same. But this price to compare the quality is OK. Location is most important issue for this hotel.

La chambre était propre et le personnel disponible. Cependant, l’hôtel ne correspond ni à un 3 étoiles, ni aux photos et à la description faite. L’hôtel est vieillot et vétuste (décoration, installations générales…) : * un lit double : nous avions 2 lits simples regroupés avec un drap. * Une odeur d’humidité dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain * le froid qui passe par les fenêtres * un petit déjeuner continental qui se résume en choix : à une viennoiserie, un jus et une boisson chaude (possibilité d’un yaourt et d’un fruit) pour 8€ * l’insonorisation qui n’est plus d’actualité * Pas de bouilloire / cafetière ou même une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre en arrivant Nous aurions pu être moins regardant si cela n’avait pas été mis en avant sur les photos. Nous avons déjà réservé un 3* à Rome et nous avions une qualité largement supérieur à celle ci, qui correspondait à un 2*. Cependant l’hôtel est idéalement placé : 10 min à pied de termini (gare / métro / bus) et à 30 min à pied de la fontaine de Trevi.

Great service and quiet area to stay and rest. Walkable distance to food, shopping, and experiences.

Room very clean, some staff member very helpful and professional. Very good air conditioning. Only one thing I did'nt like it: Return the Room keys at reception desk, every time that you get out. Anyway, I recommend this Hotel.

The location is great. Close to the buses and train terminal. The customer service lack some manners. Also, when we booked through Expedia, it says that we have to pay some amount on the property but we didn't know that we should carry cash. No card payment was on the service desk. We had to use our debit card on ATM that we were not comfortable. We asked for tour buses but no proper information was given. That's why we got a Green hop on and hop of bus that was not a great experience anyways. Other than that very clean. The bed has some noise and the lift is so old. We were lucky that we were on first floor so didn't use it.

Reception was very nice kind stuff. They offered to take my luggage after check out because I had a trip. The room very cozy and clean. We had a fridge. We also had air-conditioner : necessary in Rome during summer. They cleaned the room every day. I felt in security, good neighbourhood. Roma termini station was close which is important : it is close to major locations .

Very friendly staff. Very nice room. Everything was as expected or even better. Excellent stay for the price paid and a very convenient location close to the railway station and walking distance from all tourist attractions and from the bus station to take the bus to Vatican. We actually stayed twice in the same hotel during the same trip. The staff was very nice to us and happy to see us again. :)

It’s close to Roma Termini and also good restaurants
