离码头很近，离叹息桥很近，但在内巷又不会嘈，房间略小，床垫是很软塌的那种，房间设备很齐全装，中古欧式装修风格挺美的，早餐就在lobby，很小，选择也很少。其余都挺好。

2人入住4晚、獨棟公寓式房型位於地面層、房內有2扇窗戶沒有鐵窗總覺得不夠安全、廚房設備還算齊全、雖然有2口爐、但提供的鍋具尺寸太大、所以基本上只能使用一個、無法同時使用2口爐、熱水壺太髒、裡面卡了一層灰、抽油煙機是壞的、客廳所使用的是沙發床、但有點髒、檯燈也是壞的、所以使得客廳有點暗、燈光不夠、客廳沒人使用的電視竟然會自己打開、關掉沒多久又開、索性把插頭拔掉、主臥室還算可以、浴室很大還算乾淨、燈光明亮、但乾失分離的拉門是壞的、只能拉到一半、早餐極簡單但座位太少、離聖馬可廣場、碼頭近~

雖然其他的評論反應浴室很小，但我們的房型（頂樓閣樓）擁有超大衛浴空間 此外還有一個頂樓露天平台，雖然看不見運河，但有種自己住家的悠閒感覺

The hotel is very close to main attractions. The hotel is quite pricey however the room is very small with no good wifi. Breakfast choices are very limited.

位置實在是住系住島上的最佳選擇，出門就是ZACCARIA的水上巴士站，旁邊還有直達船去機場，很方便。之前還擔心拖住行李箱住主島不方便，但住這裡就絕對不會讓你失望。房間很大，很乾淨。床很舒服。就是早餐很一般。都是一些包點。吃不慣。

就在這裡留意見吧，我極不推介大家入住。 雖然我只是住一晚而且但已經是惡夢， Check-in既時間女接待要把我們的房升級，本來是件好事但進房間的時候，好像很久沒人入住，很多塵，毛巾也有點黑色的。 房間跟網上的圖片很大差別，想看看可否換房間的時候，女接待態度極差！ 而且房間收不到wifi，最後check-out的時候漏下了東西，她問也沒問一下其他職員就說沒有拾到，又表現出不願意幫忙的樣子！ 太過份了！

The room is really small and we even can't open our luggage. But the location is just good and it is in the bottom of the quiet lane beside the sea. We stay there for one night and staffs there can speak very good English so they give us many help. If you are not so care about the size of the room, this hotel is good enough to choose.

The room is too small that we both cant move within the room at the same time. Also, there are a lot of mould in the room…its so disgusting.

nice location just 1 mintunes to the vapo station, super close to san macro plaza and walkable distance to the biennial.

its a very value for money option in Venice, spacious room and tidy and modern design. will difinatly recomment to fds.

Excellent location but poor service. They just refuse to give a hand for your request, not even a glass of hot water (in which it is available in dining room). Didnt expect the room is as good as shown in the pictures, but it is far worse than I imagine.

The air conditioning is too cold even we tried to turn it down. And the mirror in the room is a but old and dirty. Generally, nice room good location!

Clean room, stuff and the breakfast buffet.

It was clean but there wasn't much room for us to walk inside the room, the bed took up almost all the space (maybe 8 inches from the side of the bed to the wall, on the window side of the bed). Thankfully the huge headboard held our one piece of carry-on luggage and backpack. The room was pretty small, we had to walk into the bathroom sideways to get to the toilet. The hotel is VERY close and convenient to St. Mark's square and many restaurants. All that said -- a hotel is so much more than a room with a bed — it's also the service from the staff. Which was lacking. I have to say this was a very disappointing part. First, they do not seem to keep someone at the front desk. This caused me great trouble -- as a package had been sent to me the day I arrived -- but because no one was at the front desk to receive it the postal service returned it to sender in Rome! (It was my computer power source.) Very frustrating and costly for me. My power brick, cord and adapter never made it back - now I'm out $87! The breakfast in the morning was good but a bit confusing. No silverware is available for self service and there was very minimal staff (eg., only one person working in the front restaurant around the corner). To top it all off-- we had to open the windows at night (with no screens!) because they turned our A/C off! Apparently once they turn on the heat to the building, EVERYone gets heat. I woke up covered in sweat then threw up from being overheated.

Great location! Entire staff very helpful. We had one of the apartments with a small kitchen for 3people. Would stay there again.

Very small rooms but very clean

Property is located close to the square which was great for easy walking. It was spacious for our family of 3.
