整体还行，对的起这价钱，WIFI非常慢。

The room was quite dark and wifi cannot be connected in my room.

如果能夠多些指示教人由碼頭到酒店更好, 因為我迷了超過3次路

威尼斯的路真难找，找了一个下午才找到酒店。不过距离主要景点都很近了，早餐特别丰盛！可惜没有免费wifi，美中不足。房间装修还不错，卫生也很好。

When entering the hotel, it seems you may have been mislead. Small foyer, stairs to first floor elevator, small breakfast room and reception. Once entering the rooms however - beautiful. Have room with canal view - wonderful. Small dock to access by water taxi, Close to St Marks square and other sights. Very helpful front desk staff.

Localização muito boa, próximo de vários pontos turísticos e estação de barco. Tem um restaurante ao lado muito bom. Bom café da manhã.

The room was small but very pretty and old fashioned looking. Right in the heart of Venice. Friendly and helpful staff. My flight got cancelled at the last minute and they easily added an extra night.

The personal was very kind and welcomming, the hotel is beautiful and well situated. The breakfast is good, but not the coffee. One day he was too light and taste nothing, the other this he was le goudron. One thing is little bit weird, you need to give your key at the counter when you go out, to prevent you from being steel in you room in case someone steal your key on the street. Witch is not a bad idea, unless when you came back and nobody ask you id's to get your key back.

The room was not as advertised, exceptionally small and run down. Not very clean and overall very grubby. Extremely dissapointed with the hotel. However, staff were helpful and polite.

Værelset var lille og slidt, men rent og havde det, vi skulle bruge. Fint udvalg i morgenmadsbuffeten. Rigtig mange mennesker i restauranten gjorde morgenmaden lidt kaotisk. Personalet var hjælpsomme.

A maioria dos funcionários não são cordiais. Um senhor que ficou a noite é o pior. Tinha muita pieira, até papel higiênico embaixo de um sofá no quarto e em cima do roupeiro nem se fala. Mosquito em excesso e quarto sem repelente

Great stay the hotel is 5min walk from Piazza San Marco and also close from Rialto. Good size room, very friendly staff and good breakfast! Just perfect!

フレンドリーな接客が非常に良かったです。 サンマルコ広場とリアルトの真ん中であったので、アクセスも非常に良かったです。 最後のチェックアウトのときに日本語で「さよなら」と行ってくれたのが感動しました。 またベネチアに来たいと思いました。

Clean and well presented family room. Breakfast friendly with good selection. Excellent central location, but a quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby

The Hotel was lovely altho it was terrible to find but once there the hotel staff were great our adaptors wouldn't work in the room the man on reception brought some up which was a great help the hotel is very venetian the bathroom is lovely we had an excursion booked which meant we had to leave very early so would miss breakfast but the man on reception said its OK wel make you a breakfast bag up to take the breakfast we had there was nice lots of choice staff on reception are very helpful they couldn't do enough for us I would definitely stay here again we ate in the hotel next door on the left it was ok we also tried the restaurant on the right just around the corner that was beautiful I would definitely recommend the restaurant on the right we ate twice there and both times was fabulous one thing to be extremely cautious is the public water taxi stop in Mestre near the bus station we had two lots of 3 in a group pick pockets it was extremely frightening to have 3 large men trying to take our belongings we had this on 2seperate occasions there so be very very vigilant

Veldig bra lokasjon midt i sentrum, rommet var pent, men fikk ikke vasket rom under oppholdet. Frokosten var minimal. Hyggelig betjening alt i alt et greit opphold.

Great location for easy walking to The Grand Canal and St Marks Square. Staff were really nice, check in was easy and we’d arrived early so left our bags so we could go off and explore. When we came back a few hours later our bags had been taken to our room. Our room was compact but lovely with beautiful furniture and the bed so comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here and get a private water taxi in from the airport!
